This is a "one step forward two steps back" type of decision and honestly i'm doubtful that the intentions behind it are really sincere and don't lay elsewhere. If anything we should atleast get cash prizes for the time that's already been waited and the currently running tournament wich already had established rules for their duration - those should be honored first before any future changes are made - but preferably we players should still have the choice to opt for waiting longer if that is what we want. JeppeL Posted February 27, 2018 Share Posted February 27, 2018 @Nospheratu Fair point and I see where you're coming from, but do you think the alternative I made with the 10% wagering requirement doesn't balance it out?My intentions are actually all good, because @RayL and I have the authority to credit bonuses within our budget without secondary approval, it brings about a good feeling internally within the team - indipendence - and I believe that's good for morale :) Secondly, doing cash prizes puts other people to work, and it seems unnecessary when we have the bonuses setup and ready to go. That is the main point here. An added 50€ don't make up for an added 25X turnover - especially for those at 3rd, 4th and 5th place that are even more likely to see their prize strongly decimated after the turnover is completed.If you guys are able to make the call i think you should make it for the players and revert things to the way they used to be. After all Unibet goes by the motto by players for players, right? You mention it puts other people at "unnecessary" work, something that implies that this is something unimportant and as such the players might aswell be at the recieving end in getting shorthanded. I would argue that it's work no different than any other and should definitely not be viewed as some kind of added burden.I'm not happy that you consider it a "better solution" for people at their job not having to do lesser/consuming tasks at the expense of it's customers but everyone can think what they want.
