@Stubbe-Unibet i click on the link you provided in here and downloaded it. When i open the app , the screen shows the lists of languages but i can not pick the right one for my location. It does not work which is weird.

This happened to me as well. At least they warned players on those regions not getting anything extra bonuses. Same thing here in the community , there is a disclaimer warning players from some countries that they are not eligible to get bonuses. I, myself, was offered a bonus like the free spins and wasnt aware or warned that the game is being blocked. A compensation should be at least offered but sad to say i am still waiting for the said relevant dept. to take care of.
