  1. I'm curious myself it's only been added (this 2 character field) in the last year. I due belie e it may be your province, ON or NS, whichever one your in. Maybe. I attempted a withdrawal using my province code and it accepted it, however, I reversed the withdrawal later so never did see if officially hit my bank. If I'm wrong, hopefully someone can clarify, I've decreased my deposits quite a bit since this.

  4. I'm at this almost a week and never in my years have I ever been given such hassle. I'm encouraged to deposit 50 American for a bonus that can't even be accessed in my region. Emails aren't replied to and chat doesn't help. I getbthis region blocked on a game. I've never even seen this message on any game. Normally a game isn't even visible and won't load if it's unavailable. But this game Bonanza Megapays..opens, loads, allos play money mode..and some new error and nobody can simply add my 50.high valued spins to another game. I've experienced this before and it was quickly resolved...camn someone within the unibey support team, PLEASE handle this? Email support and chat have zero consideration they simply won't reply.
  5. I appreciate ur feedback I will try removing other offers. I collect these bonus types often and I think the lack of help with the chat and support is what's making me upset. In the past..if an error of this sort occured, the spins would be applied to a different game I'll try removing the bonuses.   7. Same here. I contacted support who told me to take a sreen shot and send the pic to the university support email. As I'm in the midst of doing this the agent disconnected. I know now seeing the other error happening to other customers..that this isn't an unknown issue. These are high value spins too if you refer to the email offering this promo. Not .10 - ..20 cent spins. I suppose I'll contact support again. Hopefully these posts here draw aattention from a team member

I'm not sure of the exact term to use when I speak of these 'unfinished game rounds'..but I'm someone who has opened up a game on quite a few occasions..and find I have an existing spin and/or bonus round in process. This occurs when ive exited a previous gaming session. It's the result of a game that crashed..a device that died while in the midst of a spin..whatever. Like I said I've been pleasantly surprised quite a bit when opening a game and finding I'm already in a bonus or a spin. These things are discovered randomly. My question is..is there a way to determine which games (if any) have any unfinished games waiting for me. Sounds on but I've found myself with some nice chunks of wins this way and if I have possible wins out there waiting to be claimed I would like to go to the specific game..and claim my wins.   9. Heya I can't figure out how to post my own issue. I'm having a major issue with verifying since the 14th of May and the chat is not helping at all. ive been depositing, withdrawing, verifying without issue for over a year. This last withdrawal attempted was followed by a visa/ debit card verification request. No problem, I upload the requested documents. A couple days passes I contact support which becomes a daily routine for a status or some action, it wasn't until after I communicated many times before someone told me to send in bank statements. So with help from an agent to ensure I do it properly, I sent in both screenshots and PDF versions of my statements. I communicate regularly again about this, a chat agent tells me the verification team will not accept these documents either. There's nothing more I can send or provide. i need my account verified I'm so upset. For the obvious issues, and mostly, I don't wanna be unable to fix this account, I love my unibet.

Youve helped me before and ade the only one that ever has (aside from deposit issues) I had a mission to complete on the advent calender (Bingo - 'the Pitch' room) I opt into promo. I deposit and play in the specified Bingo room and complete my mission, more than once. I look out cor my Bingo voucner reward, with no sign of it. I contact support, i wait and explain, i wait a long time, i disconnect chat. I contact chat later who has zero ability to research this and treats me like im scamming, eventually im given word that some euros will be added to me account (not sure of exact amount i am onky familiar with the canadian and american dollar) No euros were added. Im now losing faith and hate to chase a 5 dollar voucher, but i do deposit heavily here and am eager to find results, as i do not want to lose faith in unibet and find myself closing this account which i enjoy. The voucher chase is causing me to feel humiliated but again, i want it fixed. I contact support again and wait again in a queue of 17 people. This agent takes awhile but tells me not to disconnect as if to be on the right track. I wait. Agent comes back, types a sentence explaining how the account has been looked into..then agent disconnects. I wait again in a queue of 5 woth an agent who has no indication that i even have an advent calender. Am left waiting too long agai ..finally the agent comes back with her reasoning for not easily..or at all finding where my issues are. Im told advent calender isnt available to canadians. Final answed I assure u there is one, day 1 i received ten spins on book of dead on my advent calender and used them. I told them i will go to the community and contact Ray. Help me please, id hate to lose my unibet simply based on lack of help with issues. Thanx

I chatted with someone from unibet who wasnt sure exactly what the tickets were for and where i could find a game of this type before the tickets expired and a few days later i was given 200 bonnus points on my poker account so i was able to buy a couple hexpro tickets with the points given. I did it out of anger after informing the reps. i had delt with that if they couldnt be more efficiant i would express my end of this in the community when it seemed relevant.   13. ive had my mini-slot crash at least 3 times when hitting the bonus- purrfect candy made too many enquiries to justify getting a solution, the chat support just kept telling me to hold on, for long periods of times, telling me they would have to escalate issue, to check back bia email, didnt happen. When i followed up and wasted more time i was informed that the original chat support agent hadnt handled it correctly but they too had to escalate the issue. I provided copied transactions, from my account page that specifically identified each bet & win and the time - stamp of the error and the charged spins that followed where i'd won. chat support emails me days later talkin about a whole differant game and informing me that there had been no bonus games awarded to me for a totally differant game. of course i hadnt won the bonus spins on the other game, i never played it. they also had zero info about a promo being promoted all over the poker site..questions i had about the unibet slot tickets i had in my account and some explanation and this agent had zero info about this promo. the only chat support ive had that was efficient was when having issues depositing. figures
