  1. Slowroll is also unethical behaviour. Etiquette and poker are not compatible at all! We are not in an English club for aristocrats. Many annoying things are part of the players' strategy. Constant use of timebank on the bubble in a tournament is also unethical behaviour. Banning player accounts for one thing and turning a blind eye to everything else is also unethical behaviour. Sounds like the Ratholing just hit you hard? Slowrolling or tanking might be annoying but widely used by MTT players on every server. Ratholing in other hand is blocked by majority of the Poker rooms. So I'd say that you have to come up with a better excuse.
  2. Was about to come and whine about this too. I first thought that the surprise ticket for the flip tournament was accidentally spelled as a HexaPro ticket.
  3. It's no relevant but "Konsultti" at least is almost certainly Finnish. I'm too but haven't even thought of doing any shady stuff in these games. The gain is just not worth it. But does Unibet change knowledge of these cheaters with other companies or is it illegal? I'm pretty sure that someone who cheats on some site, does it in other sites too.
  4. @Andy-Unibet Do you have any idea how long has this been going on? I'm pretty sure that I've played in the same table with this "konsultti" months ago. Not that I think that there was anything shady then, but for transparency it would be nice to know how long people can keep on stealing before getting caught. E. And another thing I was wondering while playing cash games for the moving up -campaign. How much of this happens there? There's few players who joins the table, posts one bb and leaves immediately. And this has happened more than once. The reason could be anything but it seems like they are trying to find the "right" table. It could also be that there's someone who they don't want to play with. Idk.

  6. @Stubbe-Unibet I had this same ❤️♥️❤️ty bug with the first version of this new software and now it's back after the update. I opened two 5€ Hexapros at the same time. The other one started and other one just stayed on the waiting screen. Refund my 5€ and fix this. And before you start blaiming me again, tell me why I would time out a table while playing the other one. I noticed that my balance had gone for the second one too when I had HU on the other table. I did close the software and start again but it was too late. I had only 135 chips left and basically no chance to play it out.

  9. @GhostyToasty They do, but this community is probably the slowest way to get anything happen. I've requested via twitter some markets before and I think only once they could not deliver. It's easier if they already have the match/tourney/what ever on the list so they need to add just some new options in there.
  10. I don't think there's a single browser anymore that supports Adobe Flash. So, there should not be any live games or services that requires it. There's simply nothing that you yourself can do if that roulette doesn't work without flash.
  11. @Stubbe-Unibet That's not what I meant. I'd rather see like 5-6 different tasks where you need to complete 3 to get the rewards. It's some where between stupid and ridiculous to demand NLH MTT player to play Cash PLO as long that they get 4 same suit hole cards. Just for example. But I see that you were talking about challenges and not missions. With the current challenges you can't really count value at all for them. Completing a samll challenge takes 10-50 hands and that's what 0,8 cents (0,008€) in value. With 32 hands raked 32 cents in NL4, it's 4% RB. That's true, that the rake is small in NL4 compared to other sites. But it's kind of like flexing with a win of the biggest p3nis in the microp3nis category.
  12. @justbreathe Well, you can't say that you played those hands too well. AQ hand was not a shove but it was super unlucky to loose it. In the second hand, it was close but why did you bet when there's straight and flushes in play which you can't beat? There was even some fold eq after BIGBOSS raised it. Third hand was played like donkey. Big 3-bet against 3 players who all call, should make you slow down. But NO! Of course one of them has to have a decent hand? Calabrus flopped a top pair and backdoor straight and a flush. Would you have folded? But you keep on fireing.. He/she turns a straight and a flush draw. A perfect or close to perfect card for him. You in stead, don't have a single diamond in your hand to block flushes and still you stab again with wheels. It's justice to get beaten by river, when you play like this. GL to the upcoming games!

  14. @Stubbe-Unibet Where do you think, that the actual value is for the player if you "make" them play games which they'd normally not play Are you gonna change this system, where you force players to sng/cash games etc. when no one really would'nt play all those without it being mandatory to gain this "huge value" of those prices?
  15. You should probably look more for the hoghest rake back than for the lowest rake. Unibet is probably the least favorite platform for the cash games players because there's no rb at all. What comes to the bots, there's an interview where one of the software designers say, that there's no need to work to find bots when there's so small amount of games going on so no one would bother to code a bot to Relax Gamings software. The interview is couple years old, so that might have changed.
  16. Are you somewhere near to fixing this bug too? Signed in to HexaPro, but the game never launched. Timed out of course and I noticed after these three hands were gone that it had started. This is about 20th time this happens. I made a post of this and the replay window bug, but no one didn't give me any answers. In that game I got in after closing the whole browser and logging in again. It has worked every time like that, but you Unibet seems to think that in poker it doesn't matter if someone looses 2-5bb because of some bug as long as they are able to play even part of the game. Really annoyed over this.
  17. Here are a few things that annoyes me more than usually and it's not only ones or twice these things happen. I don't know if the reason is in me but probably it'll be if I ever get an answer. At least 5-6 times in amonth now the replay screen has stopped working. Either it doesn't pop up when you push the play button or if you leave it open to avoid that happening, it stops showing table cards. HexaPros and now tournaments bugges out. If you leave the lobby open and reg in to tournament which is starting later some times the table pops out normally but it stays on the "waiting the tournament to start" screen. On HexaPro the table doesn't ever even pop up. You just have to notice when it takes the buy-in from your balance. Both tables will start working tho if you shut it all off and log in again. And if you are lucky, you didn't time out pocket 10's like I did few minutes ago in a bounty tourney.

  19. Problem in my connection? Are you serious? The game started with that J9 hand the previous is from the previous Hexapro. I saw that the money left but nothing happened. So I went to see the history and took that screenshot. Then I went to the Hexapro page trying to find a way to get in the game. I had lost only a little by then. So, no refund? This is a joke.
  20. I don't feel that it has anything to do with trust. I took screenshots and he told me it's a known bug. Doesn't that basically mean it's auto refund? And I don't want any bonus points. I bought myself in the game with money, so refund it in money. Thanks.
  21. Ok. Hexapro bugged again. It startes the game but didn't let me in the table. CS answered "we know it's bugged and we are working on it". I asked for the refund and the answer wad "I can't promise you anything". Great job.
  22. Last time I had an issue with Poker client, I contacted CS three days in a row. Every day they promised me an answer through email. Never got one. On the third day I just had an extra MTT ticket on my account. Same thing happened with sportsbook. No one answers on email. Just a refund suddenly appears to account. That's the problem. You ask for emails, logs or screenshots via email. But you never answer them. Problems are solved randomly in day or a week. The plus side is that it's always solved but the pace and style is underwhelming. This time I posted after three hours here just to make known this bug. Didn't really expect the issue be solved through this forum.
  23. I'm breathing very deep. Super deep when I have to open your online support. It's always the same thing. They promise me an answer and I've never got one. All the refunds/compensations comes after contacting them at least two or three times. It feels like I have to beg for something that already belongs to me. It can't be so hard? You've got all the tools to check these things out. It should be enough that I inform you about the problem, what happened etc, and you'll fix it. But no, it never goes that smoothly. Not like you're having a ton of issues but every time there's even a little one, it's made to be a size of Mount Everest. Yeah, this is frustration. But I feel it's 100% justified when I need to work more than your employees when I face an issue in your site.
  24. Hexapro bugged out for me. I was playing to tournaments and decided to take one Hexapro at the same time. After 10 minutes of waiting I left the que because there was no other players. I didn't get the buy in back so I went to my history. It had started the game but did show me only the starting screen with no other players at any time. I went to customer service and they gave me zero help. Now I've been waiting for 3 hours to get a reply through email. I think I'm heading to other sites now. No idea financing a site which doesn't care about their customers.
