    For bets on player performance, player needs to be in the starting 11. Normally, this is very much a good thing for the customer (and would normally have been for you as well, considering how late Acuna came on).

    In cases where we see violations of the terms and condition, there is an added waiting time - they go to the back of the queue. There is nothing we can do on here to speed things up. If I were to guess, I would say it could take another week (we received the last document a week ago from what I can see)

    Please contact customer support by live chat. If a mistake has been made, it will of course be rectified. 
    I don't know enough about UFC to be of help here. Assume the bet type included a draw option as well and odds reflected this, but just speculating here.

    Welcome to the community, @Roupi! Unfortunately, the above quote summarizes things quite well. It doesn't really matter what you personally would have done. If we compensate you, we'd have to compensate everyone with a similar case.
    Unfortunately, not everyone is honest or even try to stick within the rules of the law. Some people try to make a profit finding loopholes; not just in gambling, but in life.
    So, I'm sorry this happened to you, but there's nothing I can do 😞

    Afraid there is not much you - or we - can do. Apple decide which countries the app is available in (generally ones where we have a local license). Mobile web client still works of course

    Just resize the photo. Pretty much all photo apps have this feature. If you're on desktop, use paint.

    The issue where you can't close it, that should now be fixed. The issue where it appears for a brief moment for then to close, that is apparently by design, but they're working on a better design.
