  2. @shipallin this is usually due to a GPU (graphics card) issue and will in most cases be solved by a simple firmware update. Can you confirm you're on the latest version as well as what GPU you've got in your machine? Screenshots from the dxdiag (just type dxdiag in windows search) would be useful (display and system tabs)

  7. It's "win two hexapro's per day, 3 days in a row". So the mission should show one for you now, as you won two in a row today, but you didn't win two in a row yesterday. It has to be 3 consecutive days, so you'll need to win two in a row both Saturday and Sunday as well

  10. Even if this isn't exactly a critical bug, it's one that should be easy to reproduce, so will ask QA to give it a go and then it can go on the backlog

  12. Both MitID and BankID login has been fixed. There're still some improvements to be made, which will hopefully be part of next release. Marking as fixed, as it's more about improving it now. EDIT: MitID Android is still a bit bugged, as it requires an app update as well. Will be part of the next release.

Our QA have tried to reproduce the issue, but unfortunately no luck so far 😞 Current plan is to start working on it after: MitID and BankID login broken on Android app - Bug Reports - Unibet Community (90% complete) Android app with grey/black screen after login - Bug Reports - Unibet Community Fingerprint login not working on Android - Bug Reports - Unibet Community Reason the above get priority is that impact is bigger overall, and for the 2nd one it's a bug that can be reproduced 100% of the time, so will likely be fixed much faster. For 3rd one, we've already done a fair bit of work and should be close to the finish line.

I just wanted to say it’s been a pleasure working with you, and you’ve probably opened the door for other community members that’d want to become a part of team Unibet, by setting a great example! I knew you weren’t having a blast the last months, but I didn’t realize you felt quite that bad so really sad to read that! As for the last part of your post, I can’t wait to read about how terrible the Unibet MTT schedule is and how you just don’t enjoy it at all 😄 Hope to see you again at a live event in the future!
  21. So it's that you think the player in question knows what the board will end up looking like? That is impossible. The info doesn't exist anywhere (flop, turn and river cards when pf).

  23. Thanks for the report, @punterfifth9! Unfortunately not possible to do anything with crashes, unless: 1. It's a consistent issue that can be reliably reproduced (not the case here) 2. We've got the dmp file from the crash. "If you are experiencing crashes on Windows, please use this special client version which will generate a file with crash details (.dmp file) Download special Windows client build for crash issues." Note that above link is for current client version and after next release there'll be a different one.
  24. @Vegan4life79 I don't think these three hands in isolation are suspicious at all. In fact, I'm not even sure why you think they're of concern? Is it because the guy got lucky?
