@MaskedCat, could you please search for an application called "dxdiag". Open the application and take a picture of the tab called "Display". Also, try to login via this link and take a screenshot of what happens:

We really appreciate your help in resolving the problem.

I'm terribly sorry for the missing update. Have asked the guys from the poker team to get back to me today.
Thanks for providing the details despite the lack of help from our side. As far as I can see, you've already posted all the info they need to investigate further.

Found the hand. Will close the accounts now.
Really hope we can implement the necessary changes soon to get rid of them - I've had enough of these chip dumpers

Thanks a lot for reporting, @Stuart. I don't find any accounts with the aliases you reported though. Trying to see if I can find them via your hand history :)

@Balonas, I've suspended the accounts and forwarded the case to the poker team.
I'm sorry to hear that you won't report chip dumping anymore in case you see it in the future. Which part of the thread made you feel this way? The fact that we don't ask for documents upon signup or is it because we're seeing so many reports on it at the moment? Please add your feedback in the thread if you disagree with us. I doubt that we're going to change the verification process as suggested in the thread, but we definitely welcome any suggestion that would solve a problem like this.

Thanks a lot for letting us know, @123 🆗 Closed the accounts you highlighted + another two I found that were related to dawidhajsy19. I've forwarded this to the poker team as well.

At Unibet we have general limits on all bets - just as all other bookmakers do. These limits are crucial to our business to help us manage liabilities and offer customers the best possible prices. These are all trader decisions and it's not something we can influence from the community.
I totally understand your frustrations - it's certainly not pleasant to get a bet rejected, but referring to my previous post along with the above information is best I can do 😞

@chanatts, unfortunately you can't deposit with a credit card which isn't issued in the same country as where your account is registered :(
You have the option to deposit via Skrill or Neteller :)
Poker chip dump reporting
in General Poker
Posted
Thanks for reporting, @polarbear. I've have checked both accounts but couldn't find any sign of chip dumping. There's nothing suspicious from the hand you took a screenshot of - just looks like one of the players is new to the game as he played that hand a bit weird imo :)
Was that the hand that where you noticed something odd between the players or was there another hand before that? I only checked the hands where one of the players won a decent pot so I might have missed something. Will forward it to the poker team, better safe than sorry.
