  1. Yes, Ive read up on all of the terms, and thanks for your reply. I completely understand why these rules are in place but its unfortunate for people like me with a unique set of circumstances. Thanks again
  2. I just used my normal visa card which is with my bank. I had a chat with support and they told me because my bank isnt in the country where I'am situated then that is why the transaction failed. I work all over the world hence why I bank offshore and this is the only account I have soo it looks like I wount be able to deposit.
  3. Hi, Im a new account holder and just tried to make a visa depsoit. It was declined for some reason, and yes I do have money in my bank account :-) Im located in Bosnia, and I bank with Lloyds Offshore (situated in the Isle of Man). Would this be the reason for the failed transaction?
