I NEED A EMAIL TO CONTACT SUPPORT AND FOR SOME REASON IT FEELS LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE OUT EMAIL SO I CAN CONTACT SUPPORT!

This is the wrong thread, but have you tried clicking on "Contact Us" or Help on any of the unibet websites? Once you choose a category you have the option to contact unibet via live chat or e-mail. Here's the e-mail adress: info@unibetsupport.com 😃

  2. @Argevolen They don't really have to prove anything to you or me,  we have the freedom of not playing here if we don't trust them. Like for example if you are against anonymity then you should just not play on a site that is built around anonymity, plenty of non anonymous options around. I get it that it's not that easy to "have a choice" in some countries, since only a few sites might be licenced, that sucks, I'm in the same boat, but c'est la vie.

Where they must prove their integrity is to the regulators, if you don't trust multiple countries's regulators either then there's really not much more one can do to add legitimacy other than them giving access to every single player to their systems to conduct their own audit, which would be silly.

All that being said, I think they should have a standard message with all the links and relevant data and little explanation (about the rng, licencing authority, countries they have licence in and their licence numbers) neatly arranged in one place to just copy paste whenever someone has an inquiry about integrity. Just from a PR perspective this should probably be the standard reply, even though most of that info will be useless to the player asking and they won't look more into it /  won't know how or what it means, it removes from the get go the assumption that anything is hidden and it gives the impression that the customer's inquiry is valued by the company even though all that is done is a simple copy paste. Sounds like good ROI 😏

  3. @Argevolen You say business is not conducted on trust, but in reality everything works on trust, currency only has value based on trust, stocks as well, a lack of trust in them devalues them both, any transaction you make, any place you give information to, any purchase you make, it's all based on trust. Of course the more safety features are in place the more trust you can have in someone / something. Like with unibet, the RNG verifications, the licencing authorities, the fact that they operate legally in regulated countries that might do their own verifications, the common sense of they're not that stupid to risk a billion dollar business that actually cares about being in regulated markets, for maybe a few tens of thousands. All that adds to that trust relationship. Nothing will guarantee it 100%.

You haveing hand histories will add very little to that, not only will you have a very tiny sample size to verify compared to regulators that wouldn't have that issue (which again, you have to trust that every regulator isn't in cahoots with unibet or that they're actually doing their job), but also, people are very bad at spotting the nefarious stuff that's going on. Some sites have published their stats when it comes to banning people, and in general, the amount of bans that resulted out of people observing stuff out of the ordinary and reporting it, vs their own internal detection systems was sub 2%, and a lot of that 2% probably would have been detected anyway at some point. People just don't have the sample sizes and the attention to make a significant impact when compared to computer based checks.

That being said, I too want hand histories, for my own personal use, and I'm looking forward to it becoming a thing on unibet, at some point, hopefully. 😀

  4. Nice job with the spreadsheet @Purps

My spreadsheet also has 12 results, there were 2 tournaments on the 9th of December, the #3 and #4

Top 20 players are identical to my spreadseet

Line 22 ridik87 doesn't seem to exist at all in my spreadsheet and his points are attributed to "ruammor" 16  "exeleat" 16 and  "sparta4p" 18 . Did aliases not matter at all for this league?

Line 31 Sparrow473 seems to have tournament #2 8 points of Battle_Sheep attributed to him, I guess same situation as above

oterwise up to row 47 everything matches up perfectly, further down there seem to be name inconsisntencies probably because one off players didn't care to use their community alias and I guess you got a list of community names. Probably won't be an issue cause it's unlikely any of them will get in the top prizes so not worth any more thought about it for now :atisfied:

  5. @peartsAA The tournament where you could have used the ticket was on the 24th , it can't be used anymore. Whenever the community will have another freeroll, unibet will issue a new one.

If you continue to have issues with your ticket fell free to ask again and I'm sure someone will copy paste Ray's response for you again. 😏

  6. Hey @JeppeL , I noticed some inconsistencies with the leaderboard on your sheet compared to my sheet (I haven't kept track of the first tournaments so maybe that's where my error lies but they don't match with your per tournament points in the 3rd post either.

First of all, tournament 5 MagicAdil appears with 0 points instead of 11, he's also missing from the final standings, dunno what's up with that

     Then in the total leaderboard:

    1. Progame has 36 instead of 76 points (missing his last 40 point result, others seem to have the latest tournament points)
    2. michaelco1 is in the leaderboard twice, with 16 and 9 points instead of a total of 25
    3. kamon2 has 14 points in total but he got only 12 points in tournament 2 so that doesn't match
    4. SeriousBeats has 11 points in total but only got 9 points in tournament 2, another mismatch
    5. Battle_Sheep has 9 points in total but only got 8 points in tournament 2, another mismatch

That's about it if I haven't missed anything, tournament 2 seems to be the root of the mismatches :Cheeky:

I haven't really thoroughly double checked all this, I just let my spreadsheet do the work

  7. The uk tour is a live series of what used to be 220pound live tournaments in the UK, that ticket is a qualifier ticket to this series. The problem is that they didn't finalize yet the uk tour schedule for next year which is why there is no final qualifier yet in the tournament lobby but as soon as that happens they will appear. When that will be who knows, maybe soon, maybe early january.

  8. @XY Are you for real right now? His internet crashed, what do you expect him to do? Drive to a mcdonalds and stream from there so you can get your 3€ of freeroll equity?

As for the 1-2 hour claim, he had 1 stream this month that was sub 2 hours, at 1 hour and 56 minutes, that's it.

The loyalty freeroll as the name suggests is meant to reward loyalty, to reward the people that watch and contribute to the stream which you clearly do not, otherwise you would have had way more points than you need by now. It's okay for a promotion not to be for you, there are other promotions that you can play in, the stream does not exist for the freeroll, the freeroll exists for the stream. 😏

who are interested in those already used-up ? 😪

Since there's no tracking, and tickets don't even show up in the transaction history, being able to see what tickets got used recently helps me keep track of what I used that day. Also it's nice to see wtf happened to a ticket that you don't have anymore instead of it just disappearing.

Both my use for it and your issue with it are probably very niche tho and won't concern too many players.

  10. @xfgwdtbosw You just need to make a twitch account (it's free) and type in chat (when he's live). That's all. 😃

Also if you appreciate the content you can get one free subscription by choosing the option "Free Subscription with Twitch Prime" (from the subscription button), it won't cost anything, it's basically just a "hey twitch, I like this streamer, give him 2.5$, k thanks" button.

  11. @CristianPoker80  it gets released in 5 installments, even if you can't release the full 10€ (in 60 days !!!) you might still release 1 or 2 installments which shouldn't be that hard. Of course if the goal is to play no poker and just withdraw 10€ now that sucks but I don't think that's their goal with this promo.

  12. The way bonuses work when you have an active bonus, is that the 2nd (and all the subsequent ones) queue behind your currently active one, and the expiration timeframe (usually 90 days) does not start counting down until that bonus becomes active, either by completeing the currently active bonus or by it expiring (when that happens, the next bonus in the queue becomes active and the expiration timeframe starts counting down).

So one way or another you will make it to the 2nd bonus. Also I kinda doubt they will exchange them. I assume that the value of them is so high precisely cause you have to rake to unlock them. Just think of it, you can unlock a 10€ reward by paying 50 cents worth of rake in today's mission, it's very reasonable for them to want to keep it as a bonus, but hey it's their decision, if they wanna be extra generous I'm all for generosity :atisfied:

  13. You guys are missing the simplest and most obvious solution. If you do:

10 (top right corner) + 5 (bottom left corner) = 15 (top center)

    15 (top center) + 25 (bottom center) = 40 (mid center)

if you follow the very obvious rule from the previous 2 clear mathematical certainties you get:

    40 (mid center) + 8 (mid left) = 48 (bottom right)

which gives 48 as the definitive answer for the puzzle with the 43 in it 🆒

  14. Oh, you're right, it does look a bit weird, with the origin e-mail and the overall look of it, didn't even give it a second thought cause I was expecting it. It's real, it's a survey to help out the poker team with some feedback, you don't have to put in any personal data anyway, just some standard questions. They might have chosen to not make the link clickable to avoid it being marked as spam or something.

  15. @Omahahaha in that case you aren't the target of this change and this will not affect you in any way. Don't think anyone minds the occasional player buying in for less from time to time, they just mind the 10 dudes that do it 100 times a day.

As for big stack bullies in cash games, there's no such thing, everyone is always playing the effective stack and there's no ICM / tournament life to give the big stack any advantage.
