    I see there is a new request for the picture of  proof of address and some additional information. You should've received an email from our Customer Support. Please let me know if the email doesn't clear things up and I'll look in to it again.

    Can confirm that you received 250€ as travel expenses. If you go to your account history you should be able to see where the money is coming from and what the transaction is, in this case something along the lines of "PREMIUM_POKER_DEPOSIT"

    Leaving the idea for Stubbes consideration. :)

    Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer 2 factor authentication. This is something that we have discussed and are still discussing within the office and is possibly offered in the future.

    We do offer a similar login method for certain markets that use a security token (Or banking details etc) but this is not for everyone.

    I understand that these requests might seem odd but it is due to new verification rules we have put in place. This is to make it safer (and be compliant) for the customers and for us as a company. 

    If you'll go to your verification page you'll see that the request changed slightly, but there is still a document we'll need. Unfortunately I can't go too in to detail why exactly the requests are done, but rest assured, you  are not the only one with this request.

    Feel free to ask if you have any questions and I'll answer them to the best of my ability!

  7. @Nestabear 10€, and highly possible that it will be doubled tomorrow as it was not won today. I need to confirm it with the big boys. :)

     

    About the rules: The bounty is not given out to a player who did not play with their community alias or similar. There is not too many rules involved in these promotions, but they need to be followed. Obviously mistakes happen as well, but even then the rules must be followed, otherwise exception will lead to exception etc.

  8. And out of the high with an unfortunate flop of QA8cc, top pair + flushdraw could not do it vs. AsAsAn's flopped set of eights. :(

     

    Even more unfortunate is that this account did not follow one of the rules for the games:

    4. You must play with a poker alias identical or very similar to your community nickname, if you play with a wrong alias you forfeit any potential prize. :speechless:

    This is pretty exemplary issue-post. You provided as much info as possible and as far as I can see there is no need for further documents. We'll ask if payments deparment asks for something more. :) 

    For now only thing we can do is wait. Once again, apologies for the inconveniences caused. :(
