How long are you out of the country for? More than 6 months? You can respond in a PM if you want and I can make sure the account will not get closed for that.
What comes to VPN, please don't use it. As long as we're aware about the conditions it's ok to use your .ro account from abroad as long as you are still registered as a resident there. So bear in mind, there might come some additional account verification requests such as proof of address.

Any single bet on any of these games is ok. Doesn't need to be odds of 1.4.
For example: San Francisco 49ers to win. (1.3)

The comment from Jeppe has an explanation, hence why the cancellation was offered. If we can't cancel the bet then we'll give a freebet or similar of the same value.

I see you have a proof of address pending but I'm afraid this type will not be accepted. I'd have to ask you to send in something else, the following types are accepted for sure:
-Bank statements.
-Electricity, water, gas, Internet bills.
-Official letters from the Governments.
-Tax Returns.
-Police conducts.Please let me know once uploaded and I can take a look again. :)

First of all, unfortunately there is nothing I can do about the account(s). But from what I can see there is still a document request pending and without that document the balace can not be returned. Please advise your husband to check his email for what is needed, he shoul have instructions there.
Please don't lose any sleep over this, as soon as the necessary verification documents have been received and approved the money will be sent back to that bank account.

Like the idea, there already is https://www.unibetcommunity.com/t5/Casino-Help/bd-p/Casinohelp but for some reason it hides when going through the "Casino" section. I'll try and fix that today.
I like the idea for threads separately for promotional/bonus issues and technical issues. Will also create a separate one for ideas and improvements.

You can upload the photos directly to your account so they will be reviewed by the relevant department as soon as possible. You should receive an email once a document is either approved or rejected with the reason as well. Due to high number of documents we are receiving at the moment it might take a bit longer than usually.

You are correct, account was closed due to not being verified within 30 days. The documents you had submitted were approved yesterday, unfortunately they forgot to remove the block from the account.
Account is now reinstated and you should be able to log in!
