    Unfortunately it's not. This is the latest information: 

    Proof of Address declined - printout. Need Bank Statement, Utility Bill or any government issued letter dated in the last 3 months. Original PDF or received through the post.

    Unfortunately the bet you have made does not qualify to release the freebets. Some of the requirements are as follows:

    - Place a single £10+ bet on football, minimum odds 1/1 (2.00) or greater.
    - If you decide to place your £10+ qualifying bet on a multiple bet, each leg of the bet must have minimum odds 1/1 (2.00).
    - Bets placed on enhanced odds, profit boosts or special boosted odds of any kind will not trigger the bonus.
    - Once your qualifying £10+ bet is settled you will receive your 4 x£10 free bets.

    The good part of this is, that the bonus is still active. So you can make a qualifying bet now which will still release the freebets, just make sure they follow the criteria above.

    First of all no reason to apologise for writing, that's why the Community is here! What I can say about the case is that it will take longer than just a normal verification, due to 3rd party payment methods. Anyway I've now raised the priority of your case to get it sorted faster, unfortunately I can't give out any timelimes when this might be done.

    There is a FAQ and a Help Center before Live Chat as that eliminates a lot of questions people would otherwise contact CS for. Providing answers faster and without the hassle of contacting CS is more efficient than just having a chat. Obviously the chat option is still there if the answer is not found via Help Center. 

    Also the Community here is a place that will provide answers, by members and staff.

    I see you were already in touch with our Customer Support. It looks like you did not make the required deposit after opting in on the bonus and that is why the free spins were not activated. It did however activate on the next deposit you made.

    We do not charge a fee on your withdrawal. What I'm guessing here is that your bank charges for the transaction and for EUR -> CAD conversion but I can not be sure. I can check with our payments department to be sure, could you in the meanwhile send me a PM with the exact amounts you've received so I can check how much is gone there?

    From what I can see you have been an active user in the past few months, but it's certainly not the case that no bonuses or such have been offered. You have used (Opted in) and completed 26 different offers, including Cash freespins. Most of these are as you said, "Bet X and receive X" but that is still a bonus offer. There is also quite a few exclusive offers, which shows that the tailored system works as it should.
