Hi, I got a 5€ freebet for football, but it cant be used on certain bets (such as the unibet assist etc). I guess thats because these bets are wrongly classified as 'not football'? Can this please be fixed asap, i need to place a bet! Thanks :)

Hi guys, I recently noticed that this football season, the house edge of Unibet has increased drastically on several bets (for the worse!). A couple of examples below: "50%" bets on odd/even number of corners used to be centered around 1.92, 1.93, or 1.94 (house edge of 3%-4%, and more when shifting away from the center). This season, all these bets are centered around 1.90 (house edge of 5%, and more when shifting away from the center). An identical conclusion can be drawn when looking at the odd/ever number of goals in a match.The odds for people to (not) score are straight up terrible at this moment. I dont have exact data from previous seasons but right now, the odds are often kind of ridiculous. A couple of examples below:Standard Luik - KortrijkEmond to score 1.92, to not score 1.76 -> house edge of 8.17%Lestienne to score 2.63, to not score 1.42 -> house edge of 7.79%Celta Vigo - ValenciaAspas to score 3.00, to not score 1.33 -> house edge of 7.85%Fernandez to score 3.85, to not score 1.21 -> house edge of 7.93%Rodrigo to score 3.40, to not score 1.26 -> house edge of 8.07%Parma - JuventusRonaldo to score 1.74, to not score 1.95 -> house edge of 8.05%These goalscoarer odds used to be like this in very small leagues etc, where i can see Unibets reasoning due to lack of proper data, matchfixing etc., but my examples above are literally all the biggest competitions of Europe... i mean cmon guys... Any insight in what has happened here @RayL, i used to bet a lot on these markets, but right now, it just makes no sense anymore to even try... @YlarPcompared the promotion on the british site to the belgian website, and seems like its another case of crappy translation. unibet.co.uk: Place a sports bet of at least £10 between Tuesday and Thursday to get a ticket. Place a sports bet of at least £10 between Friday and Monday to get another ticket. Players must place a bet of at least £10 on any event within the Unibet Sports site in order to get a ticket. @RayLcan this issue be adressed please? PS.: had to post the dutch part as a screenshot cause this forum doesnt seems to allow foreign words lol...

Upon checking the promotion page, I'm pretty sure that i should have gotten a ticket (and im pretty sure that i used to get them before, without placing a single bet of >10€).

@Patric-Unibet upon checking my balance log on the unibet website, i noticed what happened. The last SNG i played, i thought i used a ticket, but it was a cash entry, which explains the 1 buy-in difference of my mind vs. reality! Thanks for the feedback :)

Hi all, i just started another 2 seated SNG by accident. Since there was no opponent yet, i immediately left the table, assuming i'd get my buyin back. Now it seems that i lost a buyin, and can't reconnect to the table (which probably never started since no villain?) Any advice? thanks...

Its always relieving too see that other people are having the same problem / panic-attack as you so dont really see the issue of many new members posting. Besides, new community members, yay! @everybody errors like these happen every now and then. Usually its resolved quite soon. A bit more patience and no need to worry i guess! :)
