£50 supermoon ticket

Good evening wondering if anyone can help please I have a £50 supermoon ticket but it is only giving me the option to use the ticket in a flip tournament it is not giving me the option to play £250 supermoon qualifier is this correct

I just made a topic in "Bugs". I have the same problem with €10 tickets.
