New Avatars for Belgian players ?

How do Belgians get access to the new avatars as we cannot collect points to unlock these avatars?

@dJ_b0rG  sorry that i'm the one to bring you the bad news but the Belgian Gambling Commission has forbidden all new avatars as recent studies show those encourage gambling  :(
