Neptune €50 r/b didn’t give me add-on

Playing the Neptune €50 rebuy at the moment. It got to the add-on break, clicked on "ticket" for rebuy which it gave me. Clicked on "ticket" for add-on - which it just ignored leaving me 12k chips short. Despite my having two €50 MTT tickets in a/c . And once the add-on box goes off (which incidentally it does ridiculously quickly rather than staying available for duration of break) that's it...no option to do anything.
