Date sensitive tickets

In the UK qualifiers, when I get a €5 Mtt ticket it is no problem using it for the UK, as when registering I'm given the option which ticket to use, so I use the shortest expiration dated one.

 

However I also have two stacks of UO tickets, two of which are due to expire.

When I register for a tourney I'm not given the option of which tickets to use even when clicking on the due to expire tickets in the main lobby, 

The last two tourneys I have regged for, the tickets have been taken from the main pile rather than those due to run out, and as I won't be playing enough over the next seven days to use them all up they could just fade away. :teardrop:

What if you click those particular tickets in the tickets section under profile and then register from that view, instead of through the MTT lobby.
In a plane right now so can't test and never actually tried to register anything from that view, just thought it might work.

Managed to test it from mobile and the behavior is different than I thought it'd be, so forget about the above post.

This is one we've discussed before but we can't prioritise it right now (an issue affecting very few members). It's something we're aware of, and the logic will be changed to expiry date instead of date the ticket was credited

Thanks for that @Stubbe-Unibet The two x €2 UO tickets due to expire flatly refuse to be registered however they are clicked or not. :teardrop: (I get the feeling they're going to be winners. ) If the dates could be changed i would be very happy.

My tickets are due to expire, refusing to be used before all those dated January next year, and rather than waiting till the festivities in Malta are over during which time I know you'll all be extremely busy

 

 

I'm wondering if they could be extended for a few weeks. Thankyou.

I have 39 uo, 2 euro tickets with a few months on them

I also have 1 uo, 2 euro ticket with 5 hours left on it

I have tried to use the ticket but when i reg it takes it from my 39 tickets?

What can i do so i do not lose it?

Yrah, the same problem, have 2e UO ticket but I can use it, expires in 24 hrs, please extend @Patric-Unibet  @RayL :)
