Heard back from the casino team just now:

@MeX10K You should have already been credited the 10 free spins and they should be there for you when you open the game. Could you please try and delete cookies and open the game again?

@Michelle293 The spins seems to have already been credited and played for on the 21st, but it should have been 10 free spins and not 50, which I notice that you referred to when you posted in the thread a while ago. I'm unaware of a promotion with 50 spins, so please clarify if you're missing that amount and which promotion it was from.

But the post said that they have to DM back with a screenshot of their pick after the winning emoticon was anounced.

@JeppeL i won 50 free spins for guessing the right emoji, it's the same promotion.

I received 10 for entering the competition, already played them. 

I talked on twitter and they say they had an issue whereby spins are credited then not showing up in people's accounts.

I've sent them DM with information.

Can't say 100% @Michelle293, but I do believe so. The 10 you had already, and the 50 I got confirmation directly they where added manually just before I wrote the post. They're added in sets and don't multiply automatically when there is more than one set active - so they should appear after using the 10, but perhaps you'll have to exit and enter the game again, not sure on that :)

@alexkurbat Please specify how many free spins you're missing :) If it's 50, please follow the instructions given to @MeX10K as well.
