My second live chat has just concluded. To be fair I had gone back and read the t&c's and noticed certain races don't qualify for the BOG offer, assuming the race I bet in was one. This was confirmed by Live Chat and in an email that had already been sent outlining the changes. Another case of caveat emptor, this time mea culpa 😮‍💨 I thought both chats went well, friendly and fairly knowledgeable though certainly a straightforward query, and despite a lot of criticism here and elsewhere I couldn't fault either agent. Thumbs up from me. 👍. Except I'm still short of the 4 extra quid I thought I'd won. 😥

I've just had my first live chat session querying this result, a much smoother and better experience than I would have expected. There has been a case raised and I have to ask again later this evening but so far so good. Let's hope the result is as positive. 🤞

I've noticed recently that one or two "best odds guaranteed " have gone missing, resulting in a slightly lower payout than it should be. The prices were small meaning a difference of pennies but on the larger prices this does make a significant difference when punters are chasing every small edge they can get. Yesterday I took 8/1 on Sunshine Girl who happily won at 14/1, but unhappily UB rained on my parade by paying out at the lower price. There was a rule 4 deduction but this still meant a shortfall of £4.80. I wonder if this could possibly be looked into @Jami-Unibet

It's about time I took betting on horses seriously instead of the random hit and miss approach I have been using for such a long time. To that end I will take this attempt all the way, a bank of £100, to be doubled or lost, no ifs ands or buts, use it or lose it. Here we go.

Where there's life... ... there's hope! And a bargain bonus...

The pace has picked up slightly somewhat since the last update and the change in the prize structure for the centrolls. From what I've seen, not all of them, most seem to start and go to the end of late reg, so I'm picking up more than one per day now. So far this has led to just short of €100 of Live tickets from an initial buyin of €9.17. Four "wins" of 40c cash brings that total down to €7.57, so the plan of a cheap start seems to be working so far. I'll now be concentrating on playing the 40c and €2 🎟️ and hopefully some €10, not letting them stockpile as in the past but keep turning them over. There's also the community League starting this week with 2 packages to Bucharest on offer, wouldn't it be ironic if I won one of those? ( No, I don't think so either. 😁) Good Luck All and Have Fun. 🥳

I may be known that I'm not a massive mtt fan but a series like this is tempting me. Two tourneys per evening, four evenings per week, for four weeks so no overload there for a 1 or 2 tables at a time plodder like me. Maybe smaller guarantees than in Winter but I'm fairly sure that there'll be overlay, and with 2 UB open packages to Bucharest on offer for the overall top 2 ( my ambitions probably don't quite aspire to placing that high) even more added value. The only possible slight quibble is that with 34 tourneys at €5 each (plus possible rebuys ) the price of €170 may be beyond some members. Of course we don't have to play them all but I think I will do so, a pretty good reason to use some BP's. Disclaimer: I am planning to stream them as well, so playing is all part of that, good luck everybody and have fun.

Quite correct @Purps but rather every time I go to the racing page the horses are in racecard order... ...rather than in price order, which I prefer as I suspect most other punters would. However unlike the odds format, which can be set at decimal or fractional, the racecard page does not appear to have a set button for the display to keep it at the prefered option, I wonder if @Jami-Unibet could have a word. 🏇
