    First and foremost, apologies for the frustration caused by your verification, fact of the matter is that we are following your country's regulation when it comes to these verifications but there's no denying that this can get to the player's nerves. I can see that the verification concluded successfully though this afternoon. It's also worth mentioning that these are not the usual times under which a verification happens, it usually takes 1 to 3 days in the big majority of cases but there are exceptions of course. In any case and to make a long story short, your account is verified and if there is anything you would need us to follow up on, please let us know.

    Hi @Amorim, first and foremost apologize for the inconvenience regarding the issues experienced. There were indeed login errors these past 2 days which are still being fixed. The logins were down a couple of minutes ago, but it seems it's back up now so that's reassuring. Our guys are working on it and it seems we're heading in the right direction. We should be up and running in no time.

    You don't need our merchant ID to make a deposit if you write your own details in the cashier, It should be directed automatically.     @Anjo84 we do not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, due to the Norwegian Lottery and Gaming Authorities' attempts to block transactions between players and us, we have to use third-party systems for payments - and these third party systems have to operate in Euros. The sum of exchange fees and third party fees can cause an extra cost when one makes a deposit - a cost that we cannot see from our side.
     
    We are however constantly looking into improving our payment solutions, and hopefully, we will soon have deposit options available that do not charge fees outside of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause in the meantime.

    It's obviously not an ideal thing to do but it's fixable. I see the ID is already sent, and there is also a need to verify the payment method used which in your case is the card ending in 1585. The link below will explain exactly what is needed in order for the method to pass verification.     Just to be sure that your ID passes verification as well I would recommend sending in new pictures of your ID and making sure that the pictures are not blurry and the document's corners are visible. Please let me know if you need further clarification.

    We stopped processing Bonus requests last year when the new proactive Bonus system was implemented. I am sorry you feel that you are not compensated for your activity, the last thing we would like is for you to feel this way however the system mentioned above is constantly monitored it does work and there are tens of thousands of Bonuses going out daily to players.
    The algorithm calculates and assigns the bonuses according to the player's direct activity, factors like logins, deposits, withdrawals, the product used, money wagered all play a part, just to mention a few. I wish I could go into details but it's a trade secret.
    I do hope to see you around here in the Community, we do our own promotions with great value, some of them don't even require you to deposit, free money basically :)

    The overall rule when it comes to Bonuses is that 2 of them can't be active at the same time (they don't stack). What happened here is that while wagering one bonus, you activated another one subsequently deleting the one that was already active and the Bonus Money that was tied to it.
    There also is a pop up message informing players about this and it needs to be accepted. I'm afraid that in this case there is nothing we can do.

    The terms don't specifically mention the products that the Bonus can't be wagered on, it focuses more on which product it is supposed to be turned over and provides the exact details as seen below.
    "4. The bonus money must be wagered thirty-five (35) times on casino products before any bonus funds or winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. 100% of the total stake wagered on slot games (except those excluded below) contributes to the 35x wagering requirement. 10% of the total stake wagered on table games contributes to the 35x wagering requirement."
    Generally speaking, none of the bonuses we offer can be wagered in poker, unless it's a specific Poker Rake Bonus that you can buy in the client. Please let us know if you need further clarification on this.

    Although I have to agree that a bit more "elbow grease" could have gone in from our agent's side, it's true that our Customer Service department is divided into jurisdictions and preferably players contact their local Customer Support line regarding questions that are specific to that market/country. There are multiple reasons for that, one of them being that if the Bonus is slightly delayed or if they would need to add it manually for you, the UK support is the one that can actually fix it for you. There is no breach of terms from our side in regards to that chat, just to clarify. Now with that being said, I had a look at your account and you have received and played them in the meantime.
