Hi @T9R, welcome to the Community :)

It's obviously not an ideal thing to do but it's fixable. I see the ID is already sent, and there is also a need to verify the payment method used which in your case is the card ending in 1585. The link below will explain exactly what is needed in order for the method to pass verification. Just to be sure that your ID passes verification as well I would recommend sending in new pictures of your ID and making sure that the pictures are not blurry and the document's corners are visible. Please let me know if you need further clarification.
