EagleCarver Posted February 25, 2020 Share Posted February 25, 2020 I'm not a new member to unibet, but have been forced to go through a verification process this time involving a "proof of funds". To which, I have supplied 6 different bank statements. It's been over 6 days and this is over the 3-5 days time period that the verification teams aims to approve documents.Everyday I follow up with an email and the customer service team bleets out the same "we'll let the verification team know" but nothing gets done. Solution RayL Posted February 25, 2020 Solution Share Posted February 25, 2020 Hi @EagleCarver, welcome to the Community. :) First and foremost, apologies for the frustration caused by your verification, fact of the matter is that we are following your country's regulation when it comes to these verifications but there's no denying that this can get to the player's nerves. I can see that the verification concluded successfully though this afternoon. It's also worth mentioning that these are not the usual times under which a verification happens, it usually takes 1 to 3 days in the big majority of cases but there are exceptions of course.
