Hi unibet. 

I see myself as a loyal gamer and favorite your site over all others but.... you are not offering any free gifts as you did the first month I Was customer here.. I just think it's time to give me a bonus you know I will spent it again

Hi @Peterbandit  welcome to the Community :)
We stopped processing Bonus requests last year when the new proactive Bonus system was implemented. I am sorry you feel that you are not compensated for your activity, the last thing we would like is for you to feel this way however the system mentioned above is constantly monitored it does work and there are tens of thousands of Bonuses going out daily to players.
The algorithm calculates and assigns the bonuses according to the player's direct activity, factors like logins, deposits, withdrawals, the product used, money wagered all play a part, just to mention a few. I wish I could go into details but it's a trade secret.
I do hope to see you around here in the Community, we do our own promotions with great value, some of them don't even require you to deposit, free money basically :)
