Not only do they let customers buy tickets for there "amazing" super sunday bingo game, but when the game is about to begin it shuts down and we are given a "system failure" msg.

To Top it all off there is no records what so ever about any purchase being made for this so when contacting support they systematically ask for a screenshot and claims to know nothing about anything. "Dont worry dear customer, you can already buy tickets for the nxt game"... Never have i experienced that you should have to take a screenshot of every purchase you make with unibet, in fear of being scammed...

Adding this shameful display to a series of other questionable actions made by Unibet i really hope that someone calls your bluff and makes Unibet answer for your despicable way of treating your customers as trash

I was offered a promotion where I had to deposit certain amount  to get free spins on a specific game.  Did the whole thing then next thing you know the said game is blocked in my region.   I had attached a screenshot of the said pop up message right after I opened the game.

How lucky you guys are if you win at least 5 figures at least.  The site will for sure pay for it unless they will find something  it is not right.  If you come clean then there wouldn't be a problem.  Any site can fCuked you up even the smallest issue that was found to be against their Terms and Condition.  It happened to me once with William Hill,  won the top prize ( £15k ) ten plus years ago. Took me more than a month to know about the winnings, not a single email/notification / or word from the freakin site.  Long story short, they effin blocked me after a month or so bugging them.

I feel you man @Rb2 , thats if you didnt get it yet.   I had some withdrawals made  but luckily i  didnt have issues like yours.  I used the same option and I am from Canada as well.  Maybe it didnt get through coz it fell on the weekends. I got it late like 3 to 4 days and hope you'll have it sooner.
