Well thank you for the prompt and somewhat condescending reply. No, this was based on a sample of 24 hrs play, that is 19 tournaments, over 500 hands, 280 of which had paired flops. And no I hadn't already "forgotten" the previous flops of prior tournaments, because this was noticeable throughout the week, I only bothered to count after 6 days of thinking what the f, this isn't normal. if you had actually bothered to read my post properly or indeed examine my actual HH before lynching me for pointing out the incredulity of many scenarios, often consectutive, I might care what you have to say, which is always the same, an absolute blind faith in your technology. I understand that, your job and company depends on it. I actually made my post to establish what other players think, not what a company employee has to say.

Has anyone else noticed the entirely abnormal amount of paired flops being dealt in Tour and Open MTTs in the past week? statistically you are talking 17-20% odds of such a deal but I've recorded a sample in the last 24 hrs of 60%, sometimes 5 flops in a row are paired. I'm sure the shills will point out there is no reason for the deal to be abnormal but seriously, you can't argue with the HH, when you have the patience to wade through each one and find this to be the case. it's beyond ridiculous now and seriously deviates from any norm.

It's less the aa losing when 92% ahead mate, more the fact this is the first time since update I've had an uninterrupted game, without being booted out by bugs. I have to log back in at least 20 times a night, my point is, why bother for that deal? Thanks for the troll, Bender!

I agree, this is still happening on mobile client, more than a week after notifying mods. Lobby's don't load full info and I continue to be booted out of client on most tourneys now, not just infinity rebuys. I don't mean to sound angry or anything but I don't have a PC, only iPad and this software is seemingly unplayable which is a shame as I play regularly with Unibet and lately have had terrible form due at least in part to faulty software, a factor already admitted by staff. This has cost me time, money and stress, feeling like I'm villified for playing on mobile. Some bonus points with which to purchase some compensatory tickets would go a long way!

Hmm, that's disappointing, esp as I wasn't even given the opportunity to use my second one yesterday. So I can only use for the next uk tour final? It's an online ticket, what if the next ones are scheduled live and no more online? Can you confirm when the next online/live is scheduled? What if it expires first or I cannot make the next event, can I extend it? thanks

Hi, thanks for the BPs, much obliged Sadly, I first accidentally bought a €2 Hexpro ticket by from the bonus shop, I would have liked a MTT but there we go, wrong tab on the new format, hrmph! Managed to test the non infinity rebuy theory with remaining points and can confirm re entry format ran smoothly with no crashes. €1 UO sat with single re entry permitted was fine - no logouts after switching from table to lobby and back again. Tried two of these without issue. Same with €2 single re entry permitted to UO €10, no issues in gameplay there, although I was kicked out client right after purchasing ticket from bonus shop. I then attempted to buy €1 MTTS with remaining points balance but fell for same mistake as my initial purchase and ended up with three more €1 hexapro tickets. Perhaps the format for tickets available to purchase could be clearly labelled on the actual ticket rather than conspicuously defaulting to the Hex tab in bonus shop? I would have far preferred all purchases I made from the bps to have been for MTT but was caught out twice to the tune of 500bps! Anyways, far fewer crashes when NOT playing infinity rebuys, no doubt you're already working on a solution for that, your infinity bug. Thanks again for the BPs and chance to test, if it weren't for my hastily mistaken purchasing of hexapro tickets I would have liked to have been a more diligent and helpful tester of further formats!

These crashes are still ongoing in every single MTT I play. Everything is fine until I go from table play to the tourney lobby (not a specific tourney, just all the tourneys I chose to play, seems endemic). I then return to the table from the tourney lobby and every time, within 20 seconds I'm booted out the client and have to log in again. I've played for an hour tonight and have had to log back in every single time after viewing the tourney lobby, (about 8 times) in this most recent case uk tour €1R to €10 ticket. Such a distinct pattern I'm reluctant to leave the table and view the all important lobby, but clearly I need to gauge progress and have a full overview throughout later stages of the tourney. I know this can be done directly from the table option on the bottom left but there have been many times since the updated client that the second from bottom next prize payout has been blank, anyway I prefer to view chip stacks and increment payouts in actual lobby but have found myself unable to do so, to my detriment. When I do view lobby, the projection column is also blank. It feels like playing blind, whether from the table or lobby. I have tickets for Uk Tour €250 buy in tomorrow but frankly if I have to play blind and re login every time after viewing stats and progress from tourney lobby, I'm reluctant to do so. None of the aforementioned problems have ever been issues before on previous client. As good looking and "ergonomic" as the new update is, I prefer the previous as it was fully functioning.

Mine also keeps crashing, noticeably when I view lobby from an ongoing game, boots me out of client after 5 seconds. Had to log in again 6 times in past hour, mid game, very annoying! playing on iPad on updated OS. slots are also failing to load, all of them.

Yes, screenshot from history tab on lower right of game screen, within the slot itself, in browser version. less than 40c on an accumulator bonus seems to be a bit of a kick to the bawls but I'm not sure about going to provider, just would like Unibet to see the fair end of the pointy stick on this! bonus round replay would be ok I guess!

Hi, hopefully you can restore some faith in my recent attempt at leprechaun riches bonus round. as soon as I hit the 4 chests, I was awarded the bonus round 15 free spins with multiplier but before I had a chance to press play it glitches out and refreshes, leading my back to the initial screen. It then recognises my bonus round award and re awards it but following my subsequent 15 spins with accumlating multipliers, I win a magnificent grand total of 32 cents. This is incredibly frustrating and seems hardly worth it, and I can't help but think that had the slot not crashed in between initially awarded game the bonus round and then playing the bonus round (with multiplier) it would have been worth a sensible amount worth playing/paying /waiting for.

I don't doubt you have been more than generous in refunding OTHERS nearly 30k in cash buy ins blah blah, that's quite as it should be for the problems of the lacklustre architecture , my issue is you keep missing my damn €1 UK Tour satty refund! Indeed, I receive ONLY POINTS for all other refunds! I have tried to explain 6+ times now in chat and community, and am pretty sick of having to reiterate myself for a single euro. Not the money, the principle! I don't mind losing my money, if it's done "honestly" please can you reimburse this ticket? I'm not even raising the incovenience of being booted out client multiple other times mid games for almost a week solid!
