Yes, there are a lot of problems with promotions. I had myself different problems and I only participated in few this year. But now I said I will close my eyes to all the promos I will see on website because if you gamble in the casino or bet on sports it's ok on Unibet...and withdraws are fast for me :) , so no need to be frustrated for some free spins or some bonuses. Promos must be tested before, if everything is ok with the system and all the possible things, not only to invent a new promo and put it on website.
