Very hard to know if the referee will show extra minutes or not. On some matches even if the difference is big the referee is adding 2-3 minutes...but it can happen like in your case. Of course the traders cannot know either

It's strange that Unibet commercials are talking only about the stats feature, that we like to bet after we see the "fantastic" stats from the live events.But after we bet, we receive that rule. It's kind of funny. Unfortunatelly, like also with the loialty bonuses, ONLY WORDS ...

Hi @BlueBilly83 These are the rules at Unibet. If you bet on match odds on tennis and one set is played they will settle the winner the player who will advance to next round. It's not something new, there are a lot of bookmakers that are using same rule. Indeed also other bookmakers are voiding all the bets if a player is retiring. If of this bet it was bad for you, on other bets it can be good. If you placed the bet exctly when the set finished and right away the player retired...I mus say you are very unlucky... Terms that apply as mentioned are 28.2: "2) “Match” bet offers are based on the general principle of tournament progress or tournament win, depending on which phase of the competition the match refers to. The player/team progressing to the next round or winning the tournament is to be considered as the winner of the bet regardless of match duration, withdrawals, disqualifications, etc. These bets require at least one set to be completed for bets to stand." So if the 3rd party stats provider doesn't respond to your provider what will happen? How much I must wait? I know I've placed the bet at Unibet and I put here all the evidence about two things: 1. my bet wasn't placed at 20-22 and the real score was 21-21 .2. the sequence of points (I didn't had a bet on points but I am sure you had other customers and you saw how your provider settled them...) On the second part your provider confirmed it...but on first part which without it the second part would be fake...no confirmation. Why? Because I had a bet? I've put the videos from score 14-18. I have also other two videos with first part of the set but there it was nothing to show. Really there is nobody at Unibet that can look at the videos to see that the score was 21-21 at the timeout and to watch the videos with my full explications? Sorry, but It's very hard to believe this... 3 times your provider confirmed score 21-21 at timeout which is not possible!

Mate, it's not only the video scoreboard (which also in this videos have some problems)...you can see in the video the official scoreboard (near the second referee where officials are updating it) + it's easy to count points right? And here it was a key moment exactly at a TO...so you know how many points are until the end of set in the video...and the set cannot end 25-24...

One week and still no fix...

Omg, really is embarrassing what answers i get....If I make a poll in the community 100% will be on my side. So if you say the score at to was 20-21...how the hell the set finished? I put the points at 20-21 after that to 20-22 21-22 22-22 22-23 23-23 24-24 25-24 Match finished at 25-24?????????? Only 8 points played after that TO ....you don't need to be a volleyball expert...just count the points Probably they received the new sequence from the live score provider...but they didn't saw why the sequence changed? So at 20-21 at TO it's first sequence of points like i said above...which of course is wrong. Where is a point? I said the score 21-21 it is also on the official scoreboard down in the middle...you can stop at 6.56 in first video? Did anybody watched the video? So how to say you had the wrong sequence after 22-22...but to explain that the old sequence is good and set finished 25-24? Edit by Jeppe-Unibet: Removed unnecessary comment on traders.

@RayL I don't know the response is tacking so long...things are very clear and every passsing day confirms the provider's lack of care. It's not possible that things like this can happen in a sportsbook.

I didn't said something bad about you, I know you can help, that's why I wrote here insteed on writing to support because I don't trust them, only robots. I am mad on your provider because if a customer claims something about a wrong score you must go and check for real...not only check how you had the score and that's it..."for sure we are good"...Since i saw on the tournament website that there is no play by play score, I knew that the only way I can have a chance is the video and I stayed at 5 in the morning to search the video, after a program to record it and record it. @JeppeL @RayL I really don't know how to comment because I started to loose my confidence on your provider setteling the bets. I see that the problem is much worst, not that the score wasn't 20-22 but also after 22-22 the score is wrong so all the points were settled wrong. I was expecting that your sport "experts" search more, ask the live score provider if something happended...but no....two times you asked to check and same thing. So as I said after I saw that I bet on the wrong score I've searched a live video, replayed it and registred it on computer. I posted last 2 parts of the set, only 10 min per video I could register. Puerto Rico (red) - Colombia (blue) first video min 3.58 - score 17-20 - the point is first awarded to Colombia, after to Puerto Rico since it was a fault at net. 18-20 4.30 - Puerto Rico player is waiting to serve because the coach of Colombia is not happy with the decision of the previous point 5.05 - Colombia win the point 18-21 5.10 - Colombia's coach is saying that the score is 18-21, but actually it was 19-21 since he got penalised on how he reacted on that point (this was the free point which Unibet didn't added). The livestream scoreboard also don't add this point and next two until the to 5.40 - you can see the score on the official scoreboard that it is 19-21 6.01 - official scoreboard 20-21 6.07 - another point won by Puerto Rico and score 21-21 timeout 6.56 - you can see the score on official scoreboard 21-21 7.22 - 21-21 also on the livestream scoreboard So after 18-21 only two points played, both won by Puerto Rico plus the extra point 7.33 - point Colombia 21-22 8.18 - 22-22 9.17 - 23-22 video 2 min 1.05 - 23-23 1.48 - 24-23 2.24 - 24-24 2.54 - 25-24 3.21 - 26-24 So not that only the score was never 20-22 and I made the bet when your score and odds were for this score....but all the red points were settled wrong by you. I saw a lot of matches in this competition when Unibet was suspending all the offers and only the points were let open to bet (the entire match!!!). I don't even want to think how your provider is setteling the points. For your customers is just loterry. So....who is right and who is wrong guys?

@RayL So i want the sequence of points after 17-20 till the end of set . After I will post the videos with the end of set. This is not anymore about terms or watch other live scores. I am sure other live scores or bookies were wrong as well in this case. Some years ago I was betting at your competitotr on a tennis point. Five times the support told me the trader checked the game and my bet is settled correctly. I had to post the video on youtube to see how stupid they were. Of course after whatching the video they gave me the money plus an extra bonus. I am betting fair, it's not my problem your provider is bad.

First of all the score was never 20-22. If your provider is setteling the bets like this it's a totally scam. I've stayed and registred the video of the second set after I saw what happened at 5 in the morning... Tell me the sequence of points after 17-20 till the end of set to see how wrong they are... The score was never 20-22 and is big difference between betting at 21-21 insteed of 20-22. Do you say people who bet on winner set 2 - 1 at 20-22 got their money? If it's like this, cheaters got money and me who played fair got scammed. I don't even want to think on people who bet on the points what a mess it is!

Hi @RayL Please help me with this coupon: 2007991519 It was second set of a volleyball match between Puerto Rico-Columbia. I've bet on Columbia to win the match @2.48. The score was 20-22 but actually it was totally wrong. It was 21-21. Few seconds after I've placed the bet the trader suspended the match and let it like this until the end of set because he probably didn't knew what happened. I've searched the video and from what I saw at score 17-20 one referee gave the point to Columbia and after they change the point to Puerto Rico. The score went to 18-20, after 18-21 when I think the referee gave a free point to Puerto Rico because of the coach of Columbia. Puerto Rico won next two points and the score 21-21. So the trader didn't update that free point and went like this with wrong score and odds until he suspended the match. For sure the difference is more than 25% in the odds so I hope I will have it cancelled since is a big mistake. Thank you

Wrong setteling events are everywhere. Be happy that your matches are settled good. I had problems on other sportsbook where i need to upload the videos of the match on youtube to be settled good because they we saying the bet is settled good. It was a mistake which it doesn't happen every day.
