    Sorry for the troubles @Elukka12, it's sometime there's a small error in the registering of members correctly for players from your country - I've fixed it now on your community account and you should be able to post everywhere :)

    Hi @Wouter and welcome to the community!
    Very sorry for the inconvenience, we have a Sportsbook Expert looking at it right now - would it be possible for to try and delete cookies + temporary files before trying to access the sportsbook again? If not, could you please try another browser ( maybe Edge or Firefox)? There's a chance it'll solve it or at least work in the alternative browser, so let's try that out first :)

    @hvezda I checked up on it and I think a piece of information was missing for you: we still need to be able to approve your credit card as well, which we at the moment only have picture of the back of. Could you please send in the front as well, with the first six and last four digits visible - the rest you should hide.

    @GothMoth The deposit is awaiting processing from the provider, so it's on their end. Given the state the transaction is in, it's not something we can affect from our end. I'm willing to add tickets for you, for the amount you wish to play UOS tonight - and then when the transaction is processed we'll deduct the cash from your account. So feel free to let us know which tickets you'd like, up to a maximum value matching the deposit of course :)

    @turbata @HAI_ROMANIA Glad to see that the bet was re-settled with the correct results. It'l happen from time to time that a bet is originally settled incorrectly, we wish it was never the case, but due to the number of bets settled daily and the technical aspects combined it'll happen from time to time although rarely.

    If you could provide a bit of context I will try and help out: Is "university" a 3rd party affiliates site? And if so, was your Unibet account registered initially through them, or did you not become a member there until after signing up on Unibet?
    The reason I'm asking is, that unless an account isn't initially signed up through the 3rd party site in question, it can't be connected to it subsequently as it would defeat the purpose of us cooperating with the site in question.

    @Geo123 Good news, the withdrawal has been approved now and sent on it's way to your bank account. The withdrawa had been automatically escalated for a routine manual security check and the department handling these is under quite a heavy workload at the moment. I'm sorry for the extended handling time causing the wait and glad to have it setteld today - let us know if anything, cheers.

    @Sabali The bonuses are released in increments as you play and thus not added in cash immediately. Fair mistake to make though and I've exchanged the two bonuses for a NL10 ticket :)

     Unfortunately it's correct that the problem lies with a payment provider of ours. While Dom2Win and Polarbear offer great general advice, this is purely a technical problem with the specific provider chosen for you withdrawal. 
    We're really sorry about this and it's obviously not something we want for any of our customers. The withdrawal will be processed as soon as the matter is resolved by the provider, we'd offer another possibility(like reversing it) but it's not technically possible at the moment.
    Years ago I tried something like this myself and I fully understand the frustration that comes with it, I hope it gets resolved very soon and that it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.
