Hi @Wouter and welcome to the community!

Very sorry for the inconvenience, we have a Sportsbook Expert looking at it right now - would it be possible for to try and delete cookies + temporary files before trying to access the sportsbook again? If not, could you please try another browser ( maybe Edge or Firefox)? There's a chance it'll solve it or at least work in the alternative browser, so let's try that out first :)

It does work without logging on in www.unibet.com, but when i log on i go to nl.unibet.be using google chrome (does not work anymore)

Tried it in Internet Explorer after, it shows live bets and its no longer a blank page on the sports page but it doesnt load the bets like it normally does.

Thanks for the information @Wouter. It's very strange, we checked with the Belgium Customer Service Team and they hadn't had any reports of the same kind of error, so it's very uniqe.

Did you try deleting cookies and temporary files in the browser?

Hi @smileriraq1 , the reason the Sports page is not available is because there is a document request active on your account at the moment. A picture of a proof of address received via post or issued at the office (signed and stamped). The PDF sent cannot be accepted in this case unfortunately. Would there be a possibility to provide a utility bill / internet bill / or a bank statement which match these specifications? You can send it to contact@unibetcommunity.com and I shall pick it up and get it approved as soon as possible.
