Hi. I have withdrawn on many occassions with no problem. It usually only takes a few hours unless it's over a weekend but not normally later than a Monday afternoon if withdrawn on a Saturday or Sunday.

Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card? or internet card such as Skrill? Have you used the withdrawing method to deposit? Have you provided all the nessessery documents required by Unibet? If you have all the above in order, I suggest you maybe contact your bank to see if it accepts debit payments etc. Hope this helps.

Hi,

Yes I made a separate withdrawal Tuesday and it was in my bank on the Wednesday

I am fully verified , I used a debit card and it was the same card I deposited the stake from. Apparently there's a technical issue with the payment company. However it is Thursday now, was wondering if anyone else was in the same boat

Thanks

i never got a delay in their process of my cash outs . most of them are processing in maximum 2 hours.i mostly do via bank transfer cause is musch faster than credit card.

your cash out is in process ? i mean if you try to make a deposit you may have the option to cancel the cash out?

if is allready processed from unibet you dont have to worry , it might be only a delay between processors .sometimes take more than 3 working days

Unfortunately it's correct that the problem lies with a payment provider of ours. While Dom2Win and Polarbear offer great general advice, this is purely a technical problem with the specific provider chosen for you withdrawal.
We're really sorry about this and it's obviously not something we want for any of our customers. The withdrawal will be processed as soon as the matter is resolved by the provider, we'd offer another possibility(like reversing it) but it's not technically possible at the moment.
Years ago I tried something like this myself and I fully understand the frustration that comes with it, I hope it gets resolved very soon and that it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

This is the main reason, imo, why people dont gamble at unibet or other sportsbook/casino providers that withdrawals takes so long or there is often something problem with it. And i must ask why? Example unibet has been open for what? Over 20 years for now and still cant get it right... That is why i prefer to gamble for my own country sportsbook, not so good odds but at least i now i can get my possible winnings without fighting. Something to think about for Unibet.

Unibet , from my own expirience , i played on over 30 poker sites , has by far , most fasting processing cash outs.

On pokerstars the fastest way to have your money is by skrill , i had moments when i was receving them the other day , on Unibet no matter of what they are processed in maximum 2 hours. If i make via bank tranfer they are in my bank account next day.

You are completly wrong about processing cash outs on Unibet and it seems that you have no expirience with other online gambling companies

I totally agree with the last comment from PolerBear. Unibet has by far the fastest cashing out times i am aware of. I do use Skrill for most deposits and cashing out and its fast and secure. A few sitesmi have and still use have fast cashing out times but nothing comes close to Unibet. Ensure you have all the correct details and verification to maximise cash out times is my best advice.

Hi  @Vinn and welcome to the community. Thanks for letting us know about the withdrawal :)

I had a look at the case, and I can see that we're currently waiting for an update from our payment provider. We''ve sent a reminder email last night - hopefully this will speed up the process a bit.

I'll stay updated on the case and let you know as soon as we get a reply from the provider. Apologies for the inconvenience!

I have been struggling to withdraw 220 euros for 7 days now. Everytime I contact Unibet I get told a different response. I am a new client who has verified my account and given my bank details and swift code several times. Why has this not been esculated after 3 days, let alone 7 days? The feedback from the agents is one of "unconcern" and the attitude is that is all we can do sorry bye. I have never been rude, bit this is way beyond a joke. Can someone from the management team at Unibet please assist me!!!

@Saplayer It seems the case was indeed escalated, upon looking into it there's a note by the payments department stating that the payment will be processed today. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, I hope the money finds your bank account quickly!
