  5. @vixere I can certainly appreciate that you've built up a bankroll within the satellite system and we have no intention of taking that away from you :) We're most certainly here to help, so should the tickets you describe start to expire even after we add the longer dates on April 16th, just give us a heads up here :) /Jeppe

What happens with Supernova, Milky Way, Sputnik etc tickets? @WuDu Pretty sure exchanges will only be for live events only at the moment. That's what I read as well, thus my question. What happens with all those Milky Way, Sputnik, Supernova etc tickets? After April 16th will it still be possible to exchange those tickets in general? It would be nice for @JeppeL to clear that up. You read it correctly @WuDu, those tickets will have to be used in the shape that they're given :) /Jeppe
  8. Hi everybody, From April 16th, a new poker ticket exchange policy will take effect. We're not removing the possibility of exchanging sattelite tickets, but in the future I'll have to be done in an automated way through the Poker Client. If you ever exchange tickets or bonuses, please do read below and let us know if you have any questions on the new policy and how the exchange tournaments are going to work :) The new policy: Players will not be able to exchange poker tickets/bonuses or extend poker tickets/bonuses via customer support or the community site.Standard expiry date will change on some non-freeroll tournament tickets so that players have more time to use tickets they unlock after April 16th.Standard expiry date will change on some bonuses so that players have more time to complete bonuses they unlock after April 16th.All tickets credited before 16th April will have a new expiry date of July 31st.We will add new tournaments in the poker client every Saturday in which players can only enter with a live event qualifier ticket which they wish to break into smaller tickets (e.g. a €50 UO qualifier exchange tournament will allow players to enter with a €50 UO ticket, the tournament will automatically end at the designated start time and all entrants will receive 5x €10 UO qualifier tickets).   13. @psrquack Heard back from the Sportsbook on this :) "We don't even know who will qualify for which cup yet. Bet would be possible but later on after the current season is over. Also we would know the European cup schedules, which are still liable to change at this stage".. /Jeppe
  14. @bobbloomer Unfortunately it won't be possible to exchange your UK package as it was won in a freeroll and not acquired through challenge points - but we can move it to a later event instead should you want that :) @Anarch9 I believe you should have received points for your package - the travelling money will be paid out within a few days :) /Jeppe

  18. @Welwyn We heard back from the sportsbook this morning, here's what was said: "Unfortunately this is too early to offer. The bets might even have to be voided as both teams have yet to be mathematically relegated. So for now we have to hold back and ask member return back to it once this has been decided." I'm not into that league much personally, so if anything above doesn't make sense please let me know :) /Jeppe

  22. @Rushbie Thanks for the quick response! Any chance you could try a different browser and see if it makes difference? Also, if you could mention at least some of the games outside of Book of Ra that you've tried which doesn't work it would be nice, it'll help us check if the issue is for a specific provider.

  24. @Rushbie I had a Finnish CS agent test it just now from his test account and we had no trouble opening the game, he also said that they hadn't seen other contacts about it yesterday or today. Is it still an issue for you? If so, could you try deleting cookies in the browser and see if it works? :) /Jeppe
