  1. Much appreciated @Celph, thanks for reporting it(even though it ends our two week streak :) ), both accounts disabled and case turned over to the security department! /Jeppe
  2. Please don't change the subject title on this one guys 👍
  3. @XY Is it possible for you open the game via mobile? I've been told there's a good chance it will work, since the spins seem to be what freezes the game for you. We can do something else from here to try and have it solved, but the easisest would be if the spins can be unlocked via a mobile unibet. If it can't be done, just let me know and I'll get back to the tech department :) /Jeppe
  4. Sorry to hear that @XY, I've created a case for our technical department with all information you've given and if they ask for something else for them to investigate, I'll let you know here. /Jeppe
  5. Yeah that's pretty good info @Rushbie, going to pass that on to casino and hear what they think and if they've had similar reports from other people through customer support, many thanks! /Jeppe
  6. @XY I'm being told that the game should not be restricted for your country, could you please try and clear cookies and temporary files in your browser before trying again? /Jeppe
  7. @XY Looks like it could be a country restriction in that case, I'll check it out and see what I can find.
  8. @XY The game isn't loading? Did you try removing cookies and the temporary files in the browser? :)
  9. @Rushbie Is this game still bugging for you? I'll pass a report on to the technical team if so, but please also let me know that you've tried deleting cookies and temporary files in the browser, and if it works? Also, the device used is regular desktop? On a seperate note, I moved the topic to the casino help board, this board wasn't made when you opened the thread originally, but I think it fits well here :) /Jeppe
  10. @kokas Thanks a lot, closed both accounts now - one stood as still online, hope I kicked him off a table.. /Jeppe
  11. @omnius Thanks for the report, both of the players accounts were disabled over the weekend! /Jeppe
  12. I prefer not to give cheating methods away @zoaey, but I believe this one has already been mentioned and discussed in another thread on here, so not really letting the cat out of the bag. They open up fake accounts and claim the €4 free poker ticket, then dump the value of that ticket to one account with real information who'll then try and complete a withdrawal before getting caught, though it doesn't work very often as the withdrawals are usually checked before approved. From a basic ethical point of view I agree they should be reported to police, but in order to be successful in that a case would have to be proven, and even if we know that a guy is dumping on purpose, in a court of law you'd have to prove it which would be close to impossible because: 1) Due to the nature of hold'em poker, anyone is free to make any decision they'd like with their chips, so arguing that the pattern in their game indicates cheating will always be just that, an indication and not something which can be proven in a legal sense. 2) Matching up IPs and proving accounts was used by so and so is close to impossible as VPNs are used. It's one of the main reasons we have it in our terms and conditions, that we keep the right to close an account at any time at our discretion. Just to finish off, we have taken steps to make this method of cheating impossible and those I believe will be implemented for more markets in a not so distant future. /Jeppe
  13. @juicyapple Cheers, can confirm that both accounts were disabled yesterday!
  14. @zoaey Thanks a lot for reporting the players in question, both accounts where shut down on Friday. I don't believe police is contacted in these instances, the account information provided is usually false and thus there's no real person to report. It's unfortunate, but we do our best to get rid of all fraud accounts and reports here through the community definitely helps with that :) /Jeppe
  15. Thanks a lot @Balonas and @MrM, all accounts were disabled over the weekend!
  16. @MrM @Kurkohai Thanks a lot for reporting, all players mentioned had their accounts disabled over the weekend! /Jeppe
  17. @Portknockie Sorry for the miss, both of those accounts were suspended and no withdrawals were made. I fully get the frustration of seeing this at the tables, no need for apologies, thanks for letting us know! /Jeppe
  18. @monkeyheaven We can't facilitate transactions between members of Unibet, but here's what we'd like to do: 1) Host a freeroll on Friday at 20:00 CET for the players who's made it know in the thread they'd like to join. 2) If you get a result in the DSO, we'll transfer 2% value of the winnings to the winner of the freeroll, but in poker tickets to be chosen by the winner of the freeroll. How does that sound? :) /Jeppe
  19. Cool stuff @monkeyheaven, feel free to get in touch with me about the freeroll and we'll help the best we can :) /Jeppe

@SCOBY Unfortunately it's the same as for Sweden and we're not allowed to offer these games there :(
  21. @Portknockie The poker team is working on a permanent solution and you can be sure we'll put out an update here once we know more! @steppek77 They make new accounts, but the thing about it is, that they're not looking to verify them, but instead dump the value of a free poker ticket over to another account that is verified and then do a withdrawal from there. Needles to say we're not happy about the situation, though it has been cool to see the backing of the community in reporting them when discovered. /Jeppe
  22. If you need a Unibet Open or UK Tour package exchanged or moved, this is the thread for you! To get things started, please describe which of your packages you'd like moved/exchanged, along with any relevant information you can think of. Please remain patient, all posts in this thread will be looked at and responded to by a Unibet employee once the request has been reviewed :) /Jeppe
  23. Please help us maintain fair and ethical games by reporting players doing any kind of chip dumping or collusion on Unibet Poker tables. In order to report players doing this, please mention the player's alias and hand number, or provide a screenshot of the table along with a mention of the relevant player aliases. We appreciate your cooperation and help in making Unibet a better place to play poker, thank you :) /Jeppe
  24. @rizn Thanks for reporting, accounts where closed yesterday!
  25. @coconuts Without going into the specifics and taking about what the players had in certain spots, we're fairly certain there was no cheating here, but it's due to other factors. Nonetheless, I've reported the tournament to the poker security team and described your feelings towards the plays, once we hear back from there we'll update the thread :)
