Also if its complicated sorting out the deposits / withdrawals then it would be great to just be able to play. I don't mind if it takes a week to sort out withdrawals / deposits thats completely fine. Its obviously a bit inconvenient not being able to play tho! Weird issue today. Yesterday (4th October) I tried withdrawing funds from unibet but the payment processer bounced them back. Tried again today (twice), same issue. Talked with my bank, they aren't sure why they aren't accepting the funds. I tried to change withdrawal method with unibet to bank xfer rather than sending it to my card, was told to verify my account. I sent unibet the documents, now my account is locked. I play very high volume (raked almost 40K euros in 2021 on unibet) so it seems like its worth it for unibet to verify me ASAP. If I cant play for a week you lose ~1k euro in rake. Can someone from Unibet sort this for me? Cheers

Seen a few comments on the update, here to give my 0.02. For reference I am at level 7 having raked >9k Euros in Q3. The majority of my volume is 100nl-200nl. New Loyalty Scheme 1) 1 point for 1 cent in rake is a big improvement on the challenges. It is easier to understand, fairer and there is less variance compared with challenges. This is a great change, well done Unibet. This is the biggest change I notice from the update and I really like it. 2) I don't know why the rake milestones are all random numbers eg. 12855 euros to make level 7.1. Also every level has 3 parts, apart from 7 which has 9 parts, and then who knows what happens after you finish that??? If you want to simplify it you could have each level be a whole number eg. 1,2,3,4 and have the rake requirements be round numbers eg. 1 euro, 2.5 euros, 5 euros, 10 euros... 10k euros... This makes it a lot easier to understand. eg. You rake 10K euros in a quarter, thats level 20, you get 1k euros as a reward. 3) I think scrapping the 2k euro unibet live package reward is good when we can't go to unibet live events. I'd keep it like this, if people wanna go play a live unibet event they can spend the money on it. 4) I would have smaller jumps between the levels at the higher stakes. 3850 Euros is a really big gap, don't see what purpose this serves other than allowing people to get halfway through a level before the quarter ends and earn no reward. I would cut this to 1k or 2k euros max, or else allow the progress to be carried forward to the following quarter as happened in challenges. Current system will likely lead to guys reaching a milestone with a few days left in the month and then just not playing on unibet for a few days as they know they cant make the next milestone. Game Lab 1) The cash game hall of fame certainly proves that poker is not dead. 2) I think rec players will like being able to see their biggest pots won, biggest hexa pros won, biggest mtt wins etc. This is REALLY good stuff, I think this is great for poker. Celebrating when people have wins / high hands is really important esp for rec players. 3) I am ambivalent about the reports on different stats. I don't study poker by looking at these stats but maybe some people find them helpful. 4) If you think that rec players will become winners after flicking through half a dozen out of context stats then you are a complete melon. 5) I expected more for hitting level 7 in terms of the data I got to see, was kinda underwhelmed. Any chance of a graph with all in EV, showdown and non showdown winnings? That would be a welcome reward for hitting level 7. Other thoughts 1) Anti-ratholing measures are needed IMO. No other site, app, casino, private game, home game etc that I have ever heard of lets you rathole, and for good reason. I'm stunned developer time went into gamelab before an anti-ratholing update, I would have anti ratholing as #1 priority and the gamelab wouldn't even be in the top 20. 2) The new system for reviewing HHs is FANTASTIC, this is such a good improvement. In particular the ability to search for biggest win / loss and filter by stakes is excellent. 3) The daily bootcamps are excellent, much better than the weekly ones IMO. Hope to see these in Autumn. Overall I like the update, I think its a step in the right direction. Much love to the dev team, esp for the HH update.

Hi Stubbe, a few questions: 1) what is the situation regarding ratholing on unibet? I see people regularly win a pot and instantly leave then return with 50 or 100bb in PLO games. This is unacceptable in every other site, app game, live casino, private game etc that I have ever heard of. Any plans to change the software settings so you cant just win a pot and instantly resit with 50 or 100bb? 2) Any plans for 40 banzai? 3) Do you have any ambassadors / streamers who play games other than MTTs? Always been surprised that unibet (and other sites) generally promote mtts, when I get the impression that cash games rake WAY more for sites. 4) What games are the ultra high volume players (the top 5 rakers) playing? Do they grind hexa pros? Are they winning pre RB? Post RB? I realise you cant comment on individuals but I'm curious how people manage to rake >30k euros so far in Q3, seems nuts. Many thanks for the responses, its really good to be able to contact people in Unibet vs some sites that are completely faceless.

Can someone clarify the rules on unibet regarding ratholing, specifically regarding PLO? I have been in a number of games on unibet recently in 50PLO and 100PLO where players will win an all in and then instantly rathole to sit with 50 or 100bbs. I have never heard of anther online poker room, app club, live casino or private game in the world that allows players to act like this. Is this considered part of the game on unibet? Are there any plans to update software so that this is no longer possible? What should I do if this repeatedly happens at a table? Many thanks

I absolutely love the new replayer feature, its banging. In particular, being able to check hands by time, size of pot, winnings etc is incredibly useful for finding hands. This is great for all players. I also really like that I can sort by game / stake, as its very hard finding the biggest pot played at eg. 4nl if you play a session of 4nl, 10nl and 25nl. This is a really good improvement that was worth the effort. A couple of minor things that you are probably aware of but that I will point out anyway: 1) currently the replayer sometimes moves the button to go in front of the SB. I know its an error because the player in seat 4 will be posting the SB, and also has the button, and the player in seat 5 will be the BB. This is quite confusing until you work out what the bug is. 2) Sometimes the history with the list of hands will duplicate all the hands. This means instead of seeing the biggest pot played, then the 2nd biggest etc. I just see the biggest hand 3 times in a row on the list, then the 2nd biggest hand 3 times in a row and so on. This is minor but its sometimes like 5 duplications which is odd. I don't know if these are just at my end or if everyone gets them, possibly its my fault they happen. I want to make clear that Im 99% overjoyed with the replayer, these are just a few tiny tweaks that I have noticed. Thanks for the big Q3 update, really like the changes overall.

I have 2x 'Unibet Open Package Freeroll Ticket' Neither of them can be used for this weeks freeroll. I try and reg and it tells me I have no tickets. Hey I have a 4NL cash game ticket that I have run up to 25.00 euros. I have realised I need to play >1K hands at 4nl to get the cash, and I normally play 50NL-100NL. Can we please convert this 25 euros into something else eg. a play through bonus, or a 25 euro SNG ticket, or 25000 bonus points, or a 50nl cash game ticket? I don't want to play 1k hands of 4nl on the side while I also have 4-6 tables of 50nl and 100nl going on, thats not exactly fun. Thank you so much for helping!

This might be a stupid question. I can open a leaderboard while at the table (annoyingly you have to be in a game to see this) but this just has a list eg. 1. FQ********97 I don't know how many points I have, I don't know when it was last updated and I don't even know what I am supposed to look for to find my own SN. Is it the same as the username I use to log into unibet? Cheers
