  1. Thanks Andy, I will be incredibly specific in future emails.
  2. Every month I request a copy of my poker data. Unibet does not permit players to utilise HUDs / hand catchers / tracking software so this the only way for players to track results. I really appreciate the time spent sending me this data. Unfortunately, I have regularly encountered issues with the data received, including: 1) Duplicated results eg. The results for 25nl are identical to the results for 50nl, which means at least one of them is wrong. 2) Files are password protected and I have to phone / chat with support to get the password. I then have to spend 15 minutes on the phone / use online chat to find out the password, which sometimes means running into a CS rep who has no clue what is going on or who initially gives me the wrong password. This seems to happen almost at random, I have requested that I just get sent the files with no password and was told that this isn't possible, but the majority of the time it is not password protected. 3) Cash game results presented in aggregate, so no ability to look at individual games / stakes / days. 4) Certain stakes are completely omitted. 5) Stakes combined incorrectly eg. 50NL and 50 Banzai combined into a single stake, or all Banzai combined into a single game. 6) No title on some pages so I can't work out if a file is covering MTTs or SNGs. 7) Only cash game results are shown with no info on hexapros, sngs, mtts... There have also been issues where I received incorrect data, I emailed for a second time, received the data a second time and it had the same exact issue that I just requested help with. To make it super clear, I'm asking for all the data for my play in a given month, including all the specific data for every single individual stake: eg. Cash games: 50NL, 100NL, 200NL, 400NL, B20, B50, 50PLO, 100PLO, 200PLO. So for 50NL I can see hands played, flops seen, rake paid, profit/loss. Then for 100NL I can see hands played, flops seen, rake paid, profit/loss. And so on for every stake. I don't play as many tournaments / hexapros / sngs but I would like the data for that as well. Some months the data comes through perfectly the first time, which is amazing. I just received monthly data which was missing the majority of the data I was looking for. It had 50NL, 100NL, 200NL, 400NL but no PLO, banzai, sngs, hexapros, mtts etc. I imagine many high stakes / high volume players are asking for similar data so I'm not sure if everyone else has the same issues or if I'm not asking the right question when I request data. Maybe its pure luck which CS rep gets it and some are unfamiliar with the request. I really appreciate the help and I once again I want to thank Unibet for spending the time sending poker data. Cheers Wizard.
  3. Yeah I was pretty scared that CO flatted an open with 53. I would make a very rough guess at raking 15 cents a hand at 400NL.
  4. 400NL is a fun game 🙂
  5. Interesting reading (both this and the banzai update thread). Obviously we don't have all the details yet but I will throw in some thoughts: 1) Slobberknocker is the greatest tournament name ever. Suggest all comps have similar names now eg. Tallywhacker. 2) Agree about the addons. IMO its often used by sites / apps or live cardrooms to try and rope players in to buying in for more and raking more. Basically they have people buy in to a 50 comp that actually turns out to be 100 because the addon is massive value and almost mandatory (eg. pay another 50 for 2/3/4/5/10 more starting stacks). 3) I would add in how much the BI is to the target tournament in these satty descriptions so people can see it in the lobby. When its a new comp nobody has a clue what the target BI is. 4) Agree about finishing at a sensible time for Euro timezones when rec players have work the next day. Seems good. 5) I'm also gonna welcome lower rake, its ESPECIALLY important in turbos and hypers. People playing eg. 90+10 comps that are hypers are gonna find it unbelievably hard to beat rake even if you are very very good. If I just wanted to donate to the house I would go play roulette. 6) WRT Banzai, running games 5 vs 6 handed is whatever, no strong opinion either way. 7) I'm not sure why there are table caps for certain games eg Banzai. I assumed this was to try and push higher volume players into higher rake 100bb cash games and not have them mass multitable Banzai, though this could be completely wrong. When there are promos to encourage more volume this seems counter intuitive, if Unibet wants to have people putting in more volume then removing the table cap seems logical. 8 ) WRT higher rake on banzai: we are going to disagree on this 🙂 . Increasing prominence in the lobby / giving it different graphics is cool, pity that this costs 2.5x rake for a new table layout skin xD. I do really rate the different graphics, the special table layouts for the daily specials are beautiful and also make it much clear which table is what when one is multitabling. 10/10. For rec players the higher rake is somewhat of a double-whammy. They pay 2.5x rake plus promos could lead to more grinders putting in time to get the rewards which makes the games worse. The rec player who puts in 3h a week of banzai is generally drawing dead to win anything from banzai promos so it ends up being a transfer from low volume recs to high volume regs. FWIW I don't think I have ever heard of a game having the rake increase by 150% in my life, that is gargantuan. I have seen situations where changes in the format / rake leads to games simply not running, because there is a tipping point at which regular players (both winners and losers) just think the game is a rake trap and simply quit and play something else somewhere else. There are obviously some clueless players who have no idea what the rake even is but if nobody is willing to start games then it doesn't matter because the clueless guys won't have anyone to play against. I'm not saying that nobody will play banzai anymore but I think regs (including those who are net depositors) are likely to be much much more selective about the games they play leading to fewer games running. Higher rake really discourages reg battling and encourages people to game select much more aggressively. This will 100% happen with the higher rake. To limit this I would have it graduated eg. keep it 1% while its HU or 3 handed, or have a sensible rake cap, or something like that. 9) I like the community freeroll, community giveaways are always great. Bit confused though, I was told that the 'PLIIZ' avatar was my personal one based on the selfie I sent you, IDK why you letting other people use it. 10) Unrelated question: Any chance of a Unibet Open in London in 2023? I would really like to go to one but I have multiple physical disabilities meaning travelling outside the UK is extremely difficult for me. London has multiple lovely poker rooms (also Aspers) and plenty of poker players so it seems like a decent shout for Unibet. ~Wizard
  6. I'm on the webpage for the October flop race promotion: https://www.unibet.co.uk/promotions/poker-promotions/flop-race?crossSiteRedirect=true I can't find the details of the exact payouts for each position. I'm looking for something along the lines of: 'Medium Flop race: 1st place gets 600 Euro. 2nd place gets 500 Euro 3rd place gets 400 Euro.' Can someone help me? Many Thanks. ~Wizard
  7. @comanimal thanks for the input! Yeah seems like it’s a DDOS related issue, not a volume one. Im gonna just play and avoid opening the hand history tab for the moment. Can still check the history after the session once I’m not playing anything. As you said I’m sure it resolves soon! GL at the tables!
  8. Hi @Stubbe-Unibet I just tried to replicate the error as a test for 2 mins and ofc the software works perfectly... Sent you my PC details and the poker log anyway, I think I had a crash yesterday but they all blend into each other so I'm not 100%. FWIW this generally seems to be happening after I have already put in significant volume that day, so the client is suddenly loading up to 7000 hands for the day while simultaneously running 8 live tables. Curious if other people putting in high volume are getting this issue. If its just me getting this issue then either I'm doing something wrong, or I just have to accept that I cant review HHs until I finish the session (and possibly restart the client). If other high volume regs are getting this then it seems more likely its an issue with the client. Thanks for your time.
  9. When I go into my hand history tab while simultaneously playing games the entire client freezes. Thats all the games freezing as well as the main lobby. This is happening virtually every time I open the hand history while playing. This does NOT happen when I open the hand history for a single table (where you get the latest few hands from a single table) Has anyone else experienced this? FWIW I am playing decent volume so could have several thousand hands in a day that are loading when I go into my hand history. I literally just replaced my PC with a new model this month so I assume that its not that. Everything else on the computer is working great. Currently I'm forced to exit every single game before opening the hand history which is annoying. Often at the end of a session when I'm down to only a couple of tables I want to look over the hands i played that day. Has anyone else experienced this and does anyone have a solution? Happy to give more info about the problem / what Im doing / my PC, my settings if that helps. FWIW I am playing up to 8 tables at once, can be several thousand hands a day all on the desktop client. Cheers ~Wizard
  10. @Stubbe-Unibet Cheers 🙂
  11. @Stubbe-Unibet Is there any chance I could get an extra day or two on my current bonus (rake 2900 get 290)? I have quite a lot of stuff going on this week so it will be quite sweaty hitting the 2900. Many thanks for the help.
  12. I would rather try and spin 5 Euro tickets into an event with a 25+ BI compared to playing a 5 Euro comp Cheers
  13. Many thanks miziel, once you explain it there it seems obvious.
  14. Some thoughts on the 'All-in Equity' update: 1 ) Overall I rate this, I find it informative in game .It is especially useful in multiway PLO hands where I find the equity v hard to calculate. 2 ) I think it will most impact extremely new players who don't really have a sense of all in equity yet. There is a balance in that the equity display is educating players (which is generally NOT good for the games) but this is educating them in a VERY gentle way so its definitely all good. 4 ) It would be quite useful to be able to see equity in the replayer later, I was going back over a session and the equity no longer displays 😞 5 ) I'm guessing this is a precursor to unibet offering an AIEV graph in the game lab? 6 ) This should make people a lot less whiny about losing when they can see the equity. Just kidding, of course there will be an endless stream of people posting conspiracy nonsense. In their minds Stubbe is at a computer day and night pressing the big red button to make sure 'Jeff1984' loses KK Vs 44 in a 1 Euro rebuy comp while he cackles like Dr Evil. 7 ) Really like that its something you can switch off, personally I like seeing the graph and % but some people won't want to see it. 8 ) I rate the community challenges, generous giveaway, you love to see it. Misc. thoughts 1 ) Changing Hexa tickets so you can buy tickets to the weekly special hexapros is good. 2 ) On the Jackpot mania tab for Hexapro Extreme, there are numbers (190, 101) after the description (see screenshot below). Also there is a tab on the left reading 209/500. What do all these numbers mean? Overall I rate the equity % update and how its being done, good work unibet. Much love to the dev team, I suspect even seemingly simple updates require a ton of work and testing.
  15. Hi I have a 250 Euro Supermoon ticket expiring soon. Can I have it extended please? SN: Wizardd Cheers
  16. @Stubbe Some more thoughts. 1) There are a bunch of options with the banzai and I'm sure people will come up with even better ideas than me. I think some people might be more motivated if they could see the leaderboard much like in rake races or whatever. If I am 11th in a leaderboard and can rake a bit more to get the prize for 10th then I will put in the effort, if I have no clue where I am then I wont bother. 2) Idea: get a crawler/ticker to go on the mtt lobby / main lobby showing comps with overlay where reg closes soon (not with addon comps). People (especially regs) like overlay and are gonna snap hop in last minute if they know about the overlay. If I am 6 tabling 200nl I have no clue that a random 25 euro comp has -25% rake due to overlay and reg closes in 60 seconds, but if there is a popup then I will just hop in. This would save unibet unreal money each year. 3) You are right about the hexa extremes: its not aimed at grinders and it doesn't appeal to grinders and thats completely fine. I suspect we see someone in the poker diary / challenges area of the community post some results at some point which should be good fun (prepare for swings). 4) This isn't relevant to the daily specials but the Hustler livestream last night with the Youtube / Twitch stars playing poker was immensely popular. I would recommend it, its hilarious. Ludwig's Youtube channel has the stream as a video and it has >1M views 12 hours later. Already I see random people online who have never played poker before talking about the stream. I genuinely think that this stream is probably the biggest advert for poker that has happened in the last year, bigger than the WSOP or anything Phil Hellmuth / Brad Owen could possibly do. As an example: my gf has no clue who Ivey or Hellmuth of Negreanu are, but she has heard of Ludwig and Botez and Ninja. Streams like this reach a completely different audience to traditional poker content which is exactly what poker needs. If a new player sees a stream about how pio wants to play flops as SB vs BU in 3b pots they are gonna understand nothing and be terrified that everyone online is some kind of rain man type genius who will instantly beat them. If they see half a dozen streamers laughing and bluffing with 72 then they are gonna think 'this seems fun, maybe I should have a go'. Has Unibet ever considered running a stream / event with famous non poker pros? Its goes without saying that Unibet's roster of elite live mtt players are well worth their cost, but its not the only way to promote the site. Just my 0.02
  17. NVM, 4th time was the charm.
  18. Hey I requested poker data yesterday for last month. I got an email today and I can't see any files / attachments in it. I had a chat with support, got another email with no file that I can find. I had another chat with support and got a third email and i still can't see the file(s) that were apparently sent. IDK If I'm going mad, having a technical issue on my pc (and phone as well????) or if something is up at the unibet end. I have requested stats every month and never had this issue before so IDK whats happening this month. Can someone have a look at this? Cheers.
  19. Feedback: 1) Shortstack master: I like it, I think 10-20bb is a good BI level. I like that there is no ratholing, this is crucial IMO. It seems to bring in a bunch of action PLO players from a variety of stakes and IMO was significantly more action than 50PLO. I think this is gonna be good both for PLO regs and for recreationals who want a spin. The prize for making the biggest stack is cool, I like that. 2) Banzai Bonanza: Really rate this, I like playing B20 so B50 is just bigger and better. IMO it was a bit reggier than B20 but IDK if that will continue in the future. Obviously thats normal when stakes increase eg. 100nl is tougher than 50NL. There were obviously rec players in the mix as well. The table background is sick, love it. The leaderboard kind of surprised me because the points overrate lower stakes and underrate higher stakes vs the actual rake that will be paid. It doesn't really incentivise B20 players to play B50 because the points are the same. The leaderboard is great for encouraging people to play banzai, but doesn't encourage people to play B50. 3) Hexapro Extreme: I played a couple of these and the multipliers with 5b or 10b stacks seem a bit silly. Regular hexapros are already pretty fast, when its 10 or 5 blind starting stacks this seems kind of silly and feels like a huge rake trap. I think 96% of the games are 10BB or less starting stacks with 1 minute blinds which allows for very little play. I would play the 10 Euro games if there is a 125x+ multiplier due VERY soon but otherwise they are not for me. For the 1 Euro BI level the rake won't matter, its gonna get plenty of rec players I'm sure. At higher stakes eg. 25+ (and maybe even the 10 Euro level) I think there might be an issue if people think its unbeatable. Even recreational players often balk at the idea of playing an event that they perceive to be completely unbeatable. There are recreational poker players who lose money at poker but don't play blackjack or craps because they know its -EV, and would avoid casinos with high rake because it takes too much money out of the game. Its also very hard to have sufficient liquidity to make games run at mid-higher stakes without regs, especially when you are splitting an existing game (hexapro) into two pools. I might be overthinking this though, maybe flocks of punters will hop in the mix. I would suggest lowering the rake but honestly it might be better for unibet if its just a low volume of punters playing what is not far off an all in tournament and paying 7% rake per game. I didn't play the other days, I'm not really a huge MTT player and I don't play 2 euro BI comps or 0.05/10 cash. Some humble suggestions: 1) A widget in the options to allow people to give different games different table backgrounds / felt colours. For example, red felt on 100bb games and blue felt on banzai / shorstack master. This makes it less confusing playing a variety of games simultaneously, so people can play more games. 2) Split the banzai leaderboard in two and have a low (B1 and B5) and high (B20 and B50), or make it 100% proportional to points / rake. 3) Try a higher stakes version of the bubble burster / wild wednesdays. IDK if it will be popular or not but its gotta be worth a shout. 4) IDK if this a thing already, but consider running cards up replays with commentary for the big Sunday tournaments. This happens in big live events and other sites and is quite popular. It doesn't need a big setup, just a hand replayer and someone competent to talk over it. You could even get the winner / runner up on to commentate. GL boys and girls.
