  1. Hey @DonkeyJim, Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify, there are two separate €250 weekly finals played on Unibet Poker: one for The Festival and one for the UDSO. Flexibility for Players In both cases, winners aren’t tied to a single destination. Players can freely choose their preferred stop from the available options. THE FESTIVAL The Festival Final runs every Thursday. If you win a package, you can choose between the upcoming THE FESTIVAL stops. https://www.unibet.com/promotions/poker-promotions/the-festival Pick Your Destination One of the best parts? 2. Amazing story, @Marcel1909! We’d love to hear more would you be open to sharing your experience in an interview with us? Maybe in Marrakech? Some of our team members will be attending the event as well.
  3. Hi @GR1ZZL3R, Hi @AeronEe1, A quick update here. The new monthly mission setup with a major change in mechanics will be live from 1st July 2025 - not from the 1st June. My apologies for wrong information being shared. In June 2025, you will see a last time the 8 stages monthly mission setup, however, the high variance mission (especially the one with 5x) will be gone Good luck on the grind! Seb
  4. France will not be joining the international pool. There will continue to be two separate pools: one for international markets (as mentioned above) and another exclusively for France, at least for the foreseeable future.
  5. On Unibet Poker, we only operate with regulated markets - so you are correct with your assumption of the local regulations. With lots of new poker developments happening rather soon, I am confident that with the markets mentioned, we will see a boost in liquidity end of the year
  6. For May, we keep the current setup, and you can expect the change of the whole monthly mission setup already from June onwards.
  7. Hi @ViperPP, Unibet Poker is still live in Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Ireland, the Netherlands, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Romania, and Malta. As usual, activity tends to dip during the summer months... and this year, the impact is (will be) slightly stronger due to some recent market closures.. That said, I’m confident that with the upcoming product developments, new features, and fresh marketing tools, we’ll see a strong rebound after summer! Seb
  8. As mentioned, the mistake happened because we forgot to consider the new distribution and the changed probabilities on 5x. It is a mistake on our site and indeed, it will require some grind now. But this said, the value for players who make it will be higher as less players will qualify for the 4k Final Monthly tournament. From June onwards, this wont be happening again since we will be changing the campaign format as described above.
  9. Hi @AeronEe1 We had already noticed the mistake, but unfortunately, it was too late to change the mission. It’s definitely a tough one... as @xRayy pointed out ... but the rewards will be very generous for grinders who manage to complete it. Just to give you some context: in May, only 72 players qualified for the €4,000 Mission Trail Special tournament, with 50 paid places. It’s not ideal, I admit. However, the upside is that those who do complete the mission will benefit from a smaller, more valuable final tournament. That said, we’re changing the monthly mission structure starting in June. A new campaign setup will introduce easier missions (without any variance), but with a twist: You’ll need to return on more days during the week to unlock the weekly reward. For May, we’re keeping the current mission format. We understand there’s high variance in the gameplay. I also overlooked that, with the updated prize distribution, the 5x multiplier now only appears every 25 games... Still, players committing to the grind will find great value in the added tournaments.

  13. Thanks @Purps. The dedicated UDSO pages + the tournament descriptions on the client will have been updated these days. Barcelona, Malta, Namur.... Beautiful international stops! GOGOGO
  14. Hi @BioBrick, Thanks for reaching out. You should have received an email on 6th January 2025. Can you please check your spam folder? Alex from UDSO has re-sent the communications now - please check your inbox. GG on winning a ticket on Santa Flip There are beautiful UDSO stops coming up with Barcelona, Namur and Malta. Good luck on the live tournament and feel free to share how you did
  15. Hi @Kakeru, Thanks for reaching out! Each UDSO stop has a different hotel setup. At some locations, the accommodation is for two persons, while at others, it’s a single room. However, most locations offer the option to upgrade to a double room for a small additional fee. Here’s the breakdown for the upcoming stops: Barcelona: A single room is included, with an option to upgrade to a double room for €15/night. Namur: Accommodation is a double room (for two persons). Malta: A single room is included, with an option to upgrade to a double room (prices will be shared shortly). Let me know if you need more information Seb
