    Exactly as @cris1285 and @FreedoM said, the amount fluctuates due to different currency. Your main balance will always stay the same (if you don't play obviously) as it's in USD, but the poker client is in EUR.

    This is an official Unibet forum, with employees of the company replying as representatives. You can identify all employees by the official U-tag before their name. 
    Regarding the freerolls, some of them are exclusive with the criteria not made public. As @psrquack, it can be tied to for example specific affiliate and is not meant for everyone. There is multiple freerolls daily that are open for everyone, every few hours. Then there's freerolls for streamers, such as Ian Simpson (twitch.tv/iansimpsonpoker) and every now and then we host freerolls for the Community.

    This is solely because you accepted a deposit bonus for Casino. Unfortunately casino bonuses can not be used in poker, and since it's a deposit bonus it ties the original deposit amount to the bonus hence balance is not visible in the Poker Client.
    If you wish, I can remove the casino bonus and the balance will be visible everywhere. :)

    Lets set a few things straight first. You had proof of address document requested on your account on 27th of February at 4:17pm. You then uploaded the document the next day just after 2:16pm. The reason why you are told to come back the next day is because the normal guidetimes of document handling has not even passed. You have also not been cheated out of anything, your money on the account has been on the account, you have been able to play the games you want and not play the games you don't want. The only thing that was blocked during the verification time is the option to withdraw. 
    And now, roughly an hour after you have posted here claiming that you have been cheated or you've been lied to, the document that was requested has been verified.
    It is well within your rights as a player to lodge a complaint with the regulatory body.
    Please let me know if you need something else and we can possibly make a difference.

The first withdrawal has now been approved but the second one has not, please create a new one using the same card as you used to deposit the funds where the winnings are coming from.
