fedjaman Posted February 26, 2020 Share Posted February 26, 2020 Hello, I have submited withdrawal request yesterday and after some time my requests are put on hold. I tried contacting support but they said it is standard procedure and that I need to wait. I had few withdrawals earlier and neither was on hold. Can you please explain me what is going on and when my funds will be available. The first withdrawal has now been approved but the second one has not, please create a new one using the same card as you used to deposit the funds where the winnings are coming from.
