Withdrawal on hold

Hello, I have submited withdrawal request yesterday and after some time my requests are put on hold. I tried contacting support but they said it is standard procedure and that I need to wait. I had few withdrawals earlier and neither was on hold. 

Can you please explain me what is going on and when my funds will be available.


I don't like my funds to be blocked and unavailable to me, especially when I don't get any feedback why is this happening.

Hey @fedjaman and welcome to the Community!

Apologies for the delay, there has been a miscommunication internally which resulted in this. The first withdrawal has now been approved but the second one has not, please create a new one using the same card as you used to deposit the funds where the winnings are coming from. If you post here and tag me once that's done I'll make sure it gets approved right away. :)
