  1. Hey @jjbarber! This is not due to the verification. They forgot to click the "approve" button so it shows the documents are still being reviewed when in reality it's already done. Also the withdrawals have been approved. I've asked them to sort out the verification part. Let me know if there's any issues! :)

  2. Hey @jjbarber. The case took longer than usually as you've used other than your own personal payment methods which is against our T&Cs. This lead to a different kind of verification and as more documents needed to be requested and verified the "waiting time" also restarted.

    With all this being said, I can confirm the case has been closed and the funds originating from other payment methods have been paid back and should arrive within a few business days. The rest of the funds are on your account and you can withdraw them to your bank account. 

    Please note you can only use payment methods that are in your name and are yours personally, if any other methods are used the account will be blocked again. Let me know if there's anything else I can do for you. 🙂
