@Ravi Bhuva There is no need to bump the thread, this will not get it resolved any faster. Either I or the team handling it will give you an update as soon as there is one. Please stop tagging people, I have already escalated this to the management.

As I said it's being looked in to, unfortunately some cases do take longer than others and as it's a different department handling it all I can do for you is to ask them for an update, which I have done.

Hey @T.Ann, it shows as approved on our end. I know in the past we've had some delays with these bank withdrawals but all of them have arrived as should. If it still hasn't arrived please contact our CS and they can advice further. 🙂
No bonusses

We do have a support (Here) but I'm afraid there will not be any bonuses given from there either as we have an automated system for that. That's also why I can't really say anything regarding individual accounts and bonuses etc.
What comes to free spins/bonus games within the games, 120-250 is quite a small sample size still and as they are random sometimes you might get multiple bonuses during those spins and sometimes unfortunately none. 😞
