Cash: it depends on my luck factor, if I'm lucky then call, MTT: it depends on position, but definitely allin.

No info, new at the table 100bb, regardless of the stake your options are: call or fold. I'm going with the call option. The more blinds you have means you also have more info / a feel on how the other player's ranges might look, now if you play more than 4-6 tables it's fair to say that this isn't the case and you should probably lean on the fold option more. My two cents on this.
