Transaction History.

Just checking my transaction history today ready for the new quarter I've only now realised there are no totals displayed for poker while all other sections can be viewed for any particular dates.

Are there any reasons for this please? @Jami-Unibet @Stubbe-Unibet

I'm not sure to be honest. But it makes sense not to show total bet at least, as this info isn't actually in the transactions history. There're lots of transactions happening in the client, which aren't tracked: you don't see any cash bets at all.

Probably not the reason it isn't shown though (it's not with the poker team, so don't know the details here). Will have a look after UO.

This is actually something I’ve been pondering also 🤔. Thanks for asking for both of us! I noticed this too while trying to check weekly transactions with regards to the ongoing Tesla promo.

Thanks @Jami-Unibet and @Stubbe-Unibet for the preliminary answers.

Any chance of having a look at this @Stubbe-Unibet

I'm confused, my totals for sports betting, casino and bingo are all shown but not poker, so what is the sense of not showing poker totals?

I'm not understanding this either as all my bets or casino transactions are cash.

I’m with @GR1ZZL3R in all of these.

I don’t know if some of the “non-tracked” transactions within the poker client are some bonuses, tickets etc.? Maybe these constitute some difference with respect to, for example, casino or sports bets. 🤷‍♂️ Just thinking my thought aloud in here…

Be that as it may, I reckon giving the customer the opportunity to see the total in poker like we see currently in sports betting, casino, and bingo would be beneficial with keeping track of the transactions, wins/losses.

(Maybe there is some rationale we just don’t get with @GR1ZZL3R 😉)

Thanks!

Different providers, different products, different logics (poker issue explained in earlier post).

But no, there's no easy fix here. As mentioned earlier, the transactions simply aren't recorded on our end. "There're lots of transactions happening in the client, which aren't tracked: you don't see any cash bets at all."

In terms of tracking, no one should use the on-site history for poker. You can get significantly more detailed info by contacting support and getting a proper format Excel file 🙂

@Stubbe-Unibet I'm not sure if I'm posing my question correctly but I'm getting more confused by your answers.

In the transactions section I can check my total betting history in sports, casino and bingo.  Each transaction is shown individually, (these only go back a certain number, I haven't checked how many ) and I can check the overall amount I have bet and won or lost from any date to any date in the past 12 months. Poker also shows individual transactions, time and amount I joined a table, time and amount of any top up, and time and amount I leave a table, both cash and tickets, but my overall total turnover for the past day or week or 12 months is not available, I simply wondered  why.

As you say, the history doesn't show your poker bets/all financial transactions. It shows your buyin and topups for cash games.

If it were to show a total, it wouldn't be total bet amount. It'd be total buyin amount. Which is fine really but would require a label change.

I can see the history does not show all my poker bets individually, but shows the total started on a table and how much I top up with and leave with. What I'm asking is why it doesn't show an overall total like the sports, casino and bingo? I can look up my sports betting and see I have bet £xx.xx amount this month and won or lost £yy.yy amount, but I can't see a quick overall amount on poker, put £2,000 on the tables and won or lost £100, this I have to track manually or ask for a report. Why?
