Depending on the success, we will of course consider adding it permanently, but I personally believe we'd need to adjust the rake in that case. Blind structure above. Rake is somewhat irrelevant, as the JP Mania promo will be running together with the game (on one of the two stakes). The rake is the same as existing HP game (when JP Mania isn't running. When JP Mania is active the rake is around 3% (and obviously lower when the counter gets low).
