Casino freespins problem

Hi,

There is an ongoing promotion for (at least) Norwegian casino customers.

However, when opening the game of Jingle Ways Megaways, there are no freespins available. 

There is no requirement for receiving these freespins. Therefore I think it is weird that it doesn't show up when opening this specific Casino game. 

Any help is greatly appreciated

Once you enter the slot, you have to wait little bit for pop up message saying that you have freespins. Or check promo/bonus section beside slot and there you should find your spins. If these don't help, chat is the way to go.

Yeah, tried all of above.

 

Nothing helped. Even sent them two emails 🙂

Seems like there are no norwegian customer representatives. Only Swedish. And the Swedish don't understand my problem at all and always refer to another promotion (even though I sent them several emails and chatted 5 times now) sending them screen shots and link to the actual promotion (See below)

What could possibly be the problem?

1) Why say they will answer on email when they don't?

2) Why say there are norwegian customer representatives when there aren't?

3) Why not just try to solve the problem in the chat instead of postponing the problem and send it to someone else who also can't answer or don't even look at what I've written/sent before?

Don't know what is going on with cs these days. It used to be just chat agents that were clueless but now it has spread to relevant teams too. It is like talking to brick with them. Maybe there is new Malta variant raging turning peeps in to braindead 😄

And if you are planning to take part for that tournament, it is apparently 0.2€ min stake and not 0.1€. Both are mentioned in rules and entering slot says 0.1€ but there have been players not getting result with 0.1€ stake. Who knows these days what is going on..

Believe this is likely due to your special combination of currency, country and language. Nothing I can do on my end, so just need to wait for support to get back to you.
