European Bounty Cup - The Golden Boot

As you might have noticed, there's no leaderboard in the client for this one, and that's because we'll be keeping track of it here :)

The golden boot goes to whoever collects the most bounties in a single tournament, and there're prizes for top 3 on both high and low:
