  1. Should add that a really valuable contribution to an existing report can also qualify for 2000 (or 5000) bonus points. It could for instance be that the initial report has limited info, but you managed to find a way to reproduce the issue and add a step-by-step description.
  2. For a while, I've been keeping track of bugs through: Community (public) Community (private messages) Discord Our own internal QA Other internal reports This has been okay, but right now we're just in a situation where there's too much going on and I can't keep up with the many channels. Therefore, I've decided to make one central place for all bug reports; the new bug reports section on here: https://www.unibetcommunity.com/forums/forum/44-bug-reports/ I will read everything there (and so will Relax), and I'll mark when things are fixed, so it should be somewhat easy to get an overview of current bugs. I would argue it's always in you guys interest to have a bug free client, but to help get things going, I'll introduce two rewards for bug reports: 2000 bonus points for each new bug report Invite to a monthly €250 centroll, if you submitted a report that month For the bug report to qualify, it has to be somewhat detailed - "fuck you Unibet, the app just crashed", will not qualify. Describe what happened before and during the issue. Include screenshots if possible. If you played on the desktop app, ideally include relevant part of the log file. If you want, try and reproduce the issue again. Several years ago I did a tutorial on how to report a bug, which is still relevant: I'll reward really good and detailed reports with 5000 bp! The report also has to be new (not posted on here before), and it's decided solely at my discretion, whether a report qualifies. --- The bonus points reward is not available to customers from Denmark, Sweden, Belgium or Netherlands.
  3. The drop hit around 3 minutes before midnight (UTC) at PL100. All 6 players were from eligible countries. There was no less than 3 players from Finland among the lucky ones (quite normal for PL100)
  4. The correct answer is - €19,000. So do a few extra free tickets really matter? Hell no, so here you go; one ticket for everyone in the thread. Good luck and let me know if you manage to turn it into a phase 2 qualification 🙂
  5. Post your guess for how much money we'll lose/make on HexaPro today (full day), and if you get within €10,000, I'll give you a ticket for the €100,000 phase tournament! If you think we'll lose €10,000, simply post -10,000. For regulatory reasons, DK/BE/SE customers can not take part. Predictions need to be added in this thread latest 08:00 CET. Win/loss is simply calculated as buyin sum - payout sum Tickets will be added latest at 12:00 CET.
  6. Welcome to the community, @Mister Gambit! Appreciate the report and I've forwarded it to be checked in more detail 🙂
  7. I really can't help. I'm on vacation, but even if I wasn't, I have to be very firm about this now strictly being a channel for poker support. If I start to get involved with other products, it'll hurt the poker product for which I'm ultimately responsible (my time isn't an infinite resource 🙂 ) I'd suggest to use live chat support, as such misunderstandings are easier to avoid there.
  8. @Carach71 welcome to the community. Please note it's English only here, but absolutely fine to use google translate or similar for your posts 🙂 your rank is visible from your mobile as well as in the thread display, when you post something
  9. I'm 100% sure live chat support will be able to help with this one 🙂
  10. JellyJammer, DiscoJelly, DJtentastic, JellyJive
  11. I don't think it's a bad idea, as long as the items aren't the ones you can achieve through missions, MTT series, community events etc. Offering additional backgrounds, card designs and avatars for a few bonus points, I don't mind. Whether the complexity is worth it, that's another discussion 🙂
  12. Previous release notes can be found here. Release date: 20th March Next release: 23rd April In addition to the below release notes, I'd like to mention the launch of https://unibetpoker.com/, where you'll find promo calendar, live events calendar, blog posts and more. Don't forget the last days of the 10-year anniversary celebration which culminates this weekend! Promotions Still running/upcoming from previous release(s): None Included in this release: March Momentum, 22 Mar – 31 Mar HexaPro Races, 1 Apr – 5 May High Hand, 1st Apr – 5th May April Mission Coming in next release (preliminary): €200,000 Chip Race Series, 5th May – 12th May (8 days) XP Race, 29 April – 2 June (5 weeks) Banzai Black Belt Battle, 29 April – 2 June (5 weeks) Reach black belt to get an exclusive ticket May Mission New features/Improvements - Bug fixes •Saved State in MTT lobby filter is no longer disabled if you move between lobbies in the client and return to MTT lobby. When in HexaPro/SNG queue: we decreased the delay in removing players from queue, but more importantly we're now awaiting confirmation of queue removal, before actually closing the table. This does not apply when you just close the client. Fixed issue where playing multiple tables of HexaPro Extreme could cause the client to close. Fixed issue where player experienced crash when checking tournament lobbies (might still be some remaining issues related to this). This fix should also fix some MTT crashes that happen on first MTT hand. In recent month, a few customers have experienced issues on client launch; with loading assets. This issue should now be resolved. Downtime We are updating Unibet Poker server side on Tuesday 20/03/2024 05:00-06:00 UTC. Games will be paused during update. New SNG tournament creation disabled 1 hour before update. Update may be finished earlier
  13. Sorry about the lack of info when it happened again, but as it was in the night, I was sleeping. Also worth mentioning I'm currently on vacation. I'm following up on this one now, but everything seems to have been canceled alright (we fortunately had a developer able to pick it up in the night). Cancelation policy can be found here: https://cf-mt-cdn1.relaxg.com/chew/rules/com/en_GB/tournament_cancellation_policy/ Again, sorry about the issue!
