Unibet didn't pay on won bet

Can someone explain me why this bet is lost and I didn't get the money?

The bet was for under 9.5 cards and there was total of 9 in the game. 2 red cards and 7 yellow.

Red card counts for two cards on cards totals. Quote from the sportsbook rules:

"13) For settlement purposes, bets referring to the number of cards shown by the referee will be counted as follows:

• Yellow card = 1

• Red card = 2

• One yellow and a red = 3

• Two yellow cards and a red = 3

The maximum cards for one player is 3 cards. Only cards shown to players currently eligible as per C.14.5 will be taken into consideration."

If this is the case , this was my last bet with unibet. I'm moving to ******** from now on. 

There is saying total of cards. If is like that a penalty should be counted gols , that's silly .

Before you go are you sure the other firm counts red card as one card?
