  1. Know what you mean and how you feel @csabika1995 they say the first twenty years are the hardest, you'll learn to laugh if you don't have a nervous breakdown first.πŸ€£πŸ‘
  2. Hopefully you mean the other guy and not you, @csabika1995:wow:
  3. I like it @Marekss how about running a leagu, 10/10 cracked up to AA, trips*, two pairs and so on, in order all the way up, till the end of the month, highest hand to be cracked is cracked champion. Starter. . No going back over old screen shots must have current date on. *No wonder I keep losing if I put two pairs higher than trips.
  4. Join in @csabika1995 but that really is nothing unusual, try to get your AA cracked three times in a row, it's much more fun.🀣
  5. Please do post @MetalWolf I'm a groupie already and you haven't even started yet, you've got the right atitude - see "post some sick hands" - ther's more to life than grinding. I will certainly follow. πŸ˜ƒ Hope everything settles down ok. πŸ‘
  6. @Rushbie Sometimes you just have to go for it. πŸ‘
  7. A man's gotta do what a man's gotta do. Hi @Marekss. An early monday morning start for me, flops already done + 2sngs for moving on up, decided to play PLO tourney for Monthly Mission. First hand. Small pair, suited and connected, might as well see the flop, eh? Could be worse, flush draw - not a good one admittedly - open ender, and trips, might as well have a stab. Turn brings in the flush, plus a bonus of straight flush possibilities, and still a house could come, so I bet. A snap raise and snap shove so I knew I was beat, but what the hell, I still had outs. Bet you thought it was going to be a happy ending didn't you? Not this time but you never know. One euro well spent imo, another new record to notch up, and there's always another one to try. I play as and when the mood takes me, don't do any serious grinding, sometimes one hour's enough, yesterday pretty much all day. I look on it as fun now, rather than the soul destroying, gut wrenching, rage inducing reality that it is and posting bad beats, outrageous suckouts, amusing sequences and the rest helps keep me on an even keel.:Veryangry: Back to the grind - madness really - Flop Well.
  8. Listen, do you want to know a secret? I've finally cracked this push or fold lark. I called this shove and won. This guy had been asleep the whole 1 1/4 hours so far and woke up as I raised, he three bet and I shoved. Not good. A few hands later he called another shove. A few hands later he shoved and got called. See the pattern, if you shove you lose, if you call you win. Time to put the plan into action, so I called the next shove. It worked a treat. Unfortunately I forgot the rules sometime later and shoved to a min raise. You see what I mean? Shove in front and end behind. Don't forget this invaluable FREE advice, and may all your calls grow your stacks.
  9. The good, the Bad and the Ugly. It started off pretty good. Carried on a while. And more. Small stack all in, I'm running good, why not? OK next it's checked all streets, so I'll go for value and fold to pressure. That worked ok so I'll carry on. He'd been splashing so time to take him on. That's good, I'm in front. That's bad only one king left. Bazinga! Ugly for him. This one had been shoving 4 out of five, try it again sunshine. That's good, just what I wanted. Is that good or bad? Downright UGLY! :Veryangry::Veryangry::Veryangry:
  10. @Psycho79 @GamesDean @Caladrias I'm obviously in the minority here, I can't fight the numbers, so I'll just keep on in my safety first mode and hope you make your attempt stick sooner than laterπŸ˜ƒ Keep us updated and best of luck. πŸ‘
  11. Anyway @GamesDean when I re-read the thread I've realized the challenge isn't really about the money, it's the challenge of playing higher levels each time, in which case it doesn't really matter how you're rolled, so best of luck @Psycho79 keep us updated.πŸ‘:cash:
  12. @Livertool wouldn't have surprised me in the least, gl πŸ‘
  13. Not at all @GamesDean I'm suggesting if your properly rolled you have more chance of making an attempt at higher stakes stick. If a player with a 100 br has to move back down after 2 losses, but a player with 200 doesn't have to drop downt till he's lost 100, which one is more likely to still be playing 10s after 100 games. I know which one my money's on. πŸ˜ƒ
  14. She loves you yeah yeah yeah. @Marekss Nothing really exciting today. Shout out to @Livertool, this involves you. So far so good. OK the ladies are playing well. Still holding up. But don't they always let you down in the end?
  15. @Marekss When you see new members coming on and moaning as in the "poker" thread, just point them here, it'll really mess with their minds.:scared:
  16. Let's try a bounty, surely loads of fun? That's fine, no 7s or spades now. Whoa steady on, careful now. Nope, no fun at all! :Waterfall:
  17. Obviously, you need to run good to make a shot work. There’s no way, though, that you need more time taking aggressive shots. However, there is a possibility you need less time and you move up faster. There’s no point in having a higher safety margin when you have a safety net at 100€ where you always move down. You just need a strong mindset and then you can be as aggressive as your bankroll allows you to be. I can't understand why there are still players at the lower levels, if everyone took your advice we'd just jump up a level every day. Sure no problem, I don't need more time taking aggressive shots, one a day's plenty for me, 7 days and I'll be playing 100's. 🀣🀣🀣🀣🀣
  18. The run good continues. Then the bubble bursts, 1st hand after the bubble If I'd shoved woul he have folded? So far so good but you just know what's going to happen! Two hours, 62 cents profit, don't you just love it?:waterfall:
  19. @MarekssThis guy had been all in most hands, from 9,000 down to 900 and back up again. 🀣 The very next hand.🀣 And then the hat trick.:haha: Three in a row, thanks for sharing your chips with me.
  20. I fully understand what you're both saying, I'm just pointing out that it would be a bit aggressive for me, especially as you move up levels. Thats a good start this time but when would you move up to 25s, at 250euros, still giving you only 10 buy ins, or a higher safety margin which will take significant time to reach anyway. I'm just trying to point out if you can lose 8 in a row at 4s then 10 buy ins at 10 or higher is going to be totally inadequate unless you run really well. Best of luck, keep us updated. πŸ‘
  21. That's fine @Psycho79 I'm more of a plodder and safety first guy but there's nothing wrong with shooting for the stars, you go for it and keep us updated.πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘
  22. If you lose 2 buy ins at 10 and have to move down straightaway to 4s its going to take you far longer to win back 20 at 4 at a time than at 10. If you start with 100, lose2x10, win 5x4, lose 2x10, win 5x4 you're just bouncing up and down on the same spot instead of making money.
  23. I'm certainly going to wish you luck @Psycho79 but it looks to me you're not giving yourself a long enough shot at 10s before having to move back down. If your best winning run at 4s is 6 and worst run 8 you need a lot more "wiggle" room only being able to lose 2 ina row before dropping back down. You need a much longer shot than this, I would say at least 10, so wouldn't step up the stakes till you reach 200, and tbh that is an absolute bare minimum. I know two to three hundred euros looks a long way off but really its the only way or else you'll just find yourself bouncing up and down stakes. Stick at it and best of luck.πŸ‘
  24. When someone bets into you it's very nice.πŸ˜ƒ Even better when they want to go all the way.🀣🀣 But does it always go so smoothly? So you want to play for stacks huh? OK lets play for stacks.🀣 Damn and blast. Rivered again.😠😠
