same situation to me, the 31 days promo dissapeared from my client today and i was at 24/25 yesterday, also tried playing hexa pro and got the 5x multiplier for today`s mission but still no pop up from the promo... The "challenges" window in my client profile is also missing today

Yea i just figured it out too, i guess because i was multitasking i didn`t realise that quite a few sngs finished in less than 1min or something happened .. but yea.. in the first screen u can see it shows me that i played 7 and thats why i made the post, but now i see on the site history that i actually won 10 of those sngs today cause 18.51ron = 3.88e which is 1st place in that and i can see that i have one buyin there which probably happened before i bough the 5 tickets the second time today. My appologies if i did something wrong, its just my shortterm memory and the history from in client only showing that i played 7 sngs today instead dunno how many since it shows that i won 7 but doesnt show buyins cause it was with tickets except 1 buyin there at -9.51 ron = 2e

Hope i`m not messaging in the wrong topic or area(not sure if maybe i should have contacted support); well this happened : while playing the community tournament curently running , i`ve bough 5x 2e 2seat sng tickets and after using them, while still playing same tournament and a 2seat sng with the ticket, i bough 5 more same tickets and registered 1 more time and after playing those last 2 sng`s i realised it didn`t ask me if i wanna use ticket ... somehow the last 4 or 5 tickets that i bough just vanished ? u can check my history , i haven`t played 12 2e sng`s till the time of this post(i say 12 because i already had 2 tickets from last time i played the 2e 2seat sngs maybe 2days ago) In my client it says that i have recieved the tickets but i dont actually have them to play with, in case it helps what i did differently this time was that i clicked to register a sng after i saw the message "You have recieved a tournament ticket" , in the past i waited for all popups to show before using 1 ticket, this time i didnt :) can see in that sng table that i haven`t played more than 10 sng, also checked my transactions history and its same there, haven`t played the 12 sngs i should have had tickets for

Not sure why people are complaining about the game design or RNG, in my opinion hexapro its designed as a format that tries to even or lower the skill and experience difference between a begginer in texas holdem and anyone else, it should attract mostly begginers because of the high % rake/hour and because the format brings the organizer such income, they don`t have to change anything about the rng or "fake win" the highest multiplier. I used to not trust a similar format aswel on another place, until me and some friends played it like crazy for a year mostly 4-6 tabling at micro/low stakes and 2-3 tabling at mid stakes, to realise that even after tens of thousands of games played, you may have a financial result so far off from what u should have recieved either negatively or possitively for the ones that win the highest multipliers often that you might stop playing the game long before u get what you deserve or expected :) Also about the credibility of the highest multipliers being won by actual players, i belive they have to be true because if you wouldn`t hear or maybe after some years at least know a player that has won the biggest multiplier.. the highest volume players would just stop playing one by one which would lower the field in the long term. I for a fact know someone who actually recieved the highest multiplier 100x on high stakes at a similar format in a different place and won it :) Had to play few years daily 8h/day but eventually got lucky and it paid off :) I for a change don`t plan to go back to this format again because i feel it takes too much time to win what you deseve even if u can play ur best, multiple tables continiously for a long period and i feel that the players that invest everything in getting to the top of the field should be winning the most which is not the case in this format where u simply cannot win more than the organizers unless u are lucky to recieve and win the highest multipliers, even tho on unibet i`ve played all the formats so far and i enjoy switching from 1 format to another constantly because its some what of a hype to me to compete with a higher field for some challenge or promo, I am preety sure they have done a great job with the design and i like the smaller "variance" in multipliers but sadly the 1minute blind levels in the majority of the games just lowers the skill difference between players and even though the rake is lower than other places in similar format, because the 1min blind levels in the majority of games, you actually end up paying more rake/hour playing the format in my humble opinion. Never say never though, i`m a degen sometimes and i might commit to hexapro for a period when i`m confident in my abilities to win more than the organizers from my play as a challenge, but i doubt its any time soon cause i do not feel like i have at least 1000 or so hours to risk like that :)

I must say i`m as happy as i could be, i also made itm last night in the supernova, with the mystery 100e ticket that i decided to use in this non rebuy supernova, for about 307e :) Really felt that the effort put in playing as good and as many freerolls could pay off and it did this time ! OMG!!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, was such a struggle to keep an eye open on the lookout for them and play them for the top 20 while seeing there is such tuff competition around :) Just a question, for those of us.. (if any1 else) like me ,who can`t afford the rebuy+addon, can we save the ticket for the next 100e tourney by any chance? if its without rebuy/addon? If u`d prefer us playing this one, ur wish is my command with this ticket ! :) i`m just happy my effort was worth it at this point:) TY UNIBET!!
