Hello, I am missing 500 Bonus Points from my UOS leaderboard rewards. I finished 9. 12. 35. 20. in All, High, Low and Nano and received 20000, 7500, 4000 and 3500 points, respectively. According to the Belgian Unibet site I should have received: total: 9 20000 €200 High: 7 - 12 7500 €75 Low: 32 - 39 4000 €40 Nano: 11 - 20 4000 €40 Strange that there is not even a 3500 point category in any leaderboard. Of course it is possible that the Belgian leaderboard is off - similar things have happened before - but then that should be corrected for future. Being in Belgium I cannot enter the internatinal site for comparison. I advise everybody double checking their leaderboard rewards.

About 5 min disconnection here too. Pretty nasty when you are playing a UOS final table.

The challenge freeroll is essentially unplayable. Most of the players are sitting out most of the hands. Fun fun fun for the whole family.

Excess points do not carry over and only god knows why this is actually the case. The ironic side effect is that - once a player realizes he cannot reach the next milestone by the end of the quarter - it is better just to wait until the next quarter and then play. A loyalty program that discourages players from playing is pure beauty. Must have been designed by relax gaming.

@Leo-Unibet I am desperately waiting answer to my question. Given the tourney is a regular rebuy/addon format I cannot be sure I can use more than 3 tickets, right. So what happens to potential leftovers?

@Leo-Unibet I phrased my question poorly so let me try again: Lets assume I accumulate 5 Weekly final tickets over this week but manage to use only 3 for the weekly final. What happens to those two excess tickets? Do they have validity in other tournaments next week?

@Leo-Unibet Can I play all the Omaha Week Rebuy games this week and hoard as many final tickets as possible? Can I assume that excess tickets have validity for other 25EUR tournaments later on? Thank you!

Totally agreed! Gargle Blaster has a good structure to use.

These bonuses make players aware of the huge rake they pay for playing. Not sure if that is good marketing.

@Stubbe-Unibet I strongly feel that these type of questions cannot be left unanswered.

Unibet should offer the following options 1) limit stakes (as discussed here) 2) limit game types (e.g. exclude Hexapro) 3) offer more options for self-exclusion period Regarding 2) I asked this here a lot time ago but got never answered, which I interpreted that this is not possible. Regarding 3) it is pretty dumb that you can only choose between 24 hour and 7 day (or longer) self-exclusion. Often I would like to exclude myself for a few days during a busy week but I never want to say out of the weekend games.

I am super digging the possibility to see the stacks and bets in Big Blinds. I have one suggestion for improvement: The text "BB" appears after every stack size and bet. It is a bit overwhelming and certainly redundant. I would keep it for stack sizes but remove from bet sizes. This would add a lot of clarity IMO. At least it would be great to have an option to remove the "BB" text.

@Leo-Unibet Each can have their opinion, but this payout table is simply wrong: The difference between 7. and 8. is 13EUR and the difference between 6. and 7. is 7EUR. So the payjump gets smaller as you ladder up!

^ Thanks. It is indeed a valid point that the difference between 5*100 bonus and 1*500 bonus is only 15 EUR. However, I would rather take that 15EUR. So, @Leo-Unibet and @Stubbe-Unibet , please explain me how exactly the bonus is being released. How much rake is needed?

What are the wagering requirements for playthrough bonuses? That 500EUR bonus for 47500 points sounds like a sweet deal but I am not sure if I can handle it. I have 90 days to clear the bonus, right?

^ This feedback is totally to the point. I wish Unibet would start taking these feedbacks more seriously. There have been outright errors in the programming of UOS tournaments (e.g., wrong number of seats per table), that have been pointed out here in the feedback, but failed to fix for the next series. Thus I am not very optimistic that anything will change. Lack of marketing is also strange indeed. The series was announced only two weeks in advance here. On the site even later? And more. Who won the battle of champions last year? Who is that guy? Why arent you using him/her as a marketing tool? And who won the 100k Hexapro? Unibet just donated 100k to him/her, it barely made the games run more, but why aren't you interviewing him/her or putting the game out there for seeing in the client, with hole cards exposed. You throw so much money for promotions but fail to utilize their potential so badly.

PS: If that time bank fixing is an overwhelmingly complex task, as you made it sound, why not to remove the time bank altogether for preflop decisions where you have nothing but the ante invested in the pot. This effectively removes the possibilities for stalling while not reducing the time to think about meaningful decisions.
