    Hi @HandShanders,
    It's not technically possible to revive a cash ticket however, I've added you another one as a goodwill gesture but the flops you've seen can't be added to it. You can always extend a cash ticket by if you see a flop/week. :)

    The promotion is a 50% cashback based on wagering, basically your bet needs to settle in order for the cashback to be issued automatically. Please let us know if that doesn't happen though when your bet is settled, we can have a look at it then.

    We had a closer look at this offer and at the bets you placed and the reason why it wasn't paid is that within the 5fold you placed you had a bet on Slavia Praha - Inter on "Inter or Draw", which is not exactly a 1 X 2 as the promotion mentions in it's terms: "Enkel pre-match 1X2 weddenschappen. De minimale notering van de totale combinatie dient 4.00 te zijn". It's also mentioned that the bets need to be "Prematch" and you actually have Live vet there as well. These would be the reasons that your refund didn't get issued I'm afraid.

    Hi @Mandzoo, I understand now thanks for the screenshot, that helped allot.
    So, this was your deposit Bonus accepted on 25-Oct-2019, and you started wagering your money, however on the same day at 20:55, you've lost the Bonus money and the offer completed basically giving you the above message, that you've "completed" the bonus in the sense that there's nothing left to wager. I totally understand the confusion though. You can double-check this in your account history using the dates and times provided by me above and confirm this. Sorry for the back and forth.

    I've double checked and the Casino offer is on your account, you can find it under " My Bonus offers" in the bonus section. One little peace of advice though, You were supposed to place a 40 pound bet which you did. If you activate the Casino Bonus now and your 40 pound bet looses, you won't receive the Bonus Money refund as Bonuses don't stack. So what I would advise is to wait for the bet to be settled, and in the case that it looses, try wagering it first to turn it into cash and only then activate your Casino Bonus. If the bet wins than that's that, payout is in cash and your're welcome to proceed with the Casino Bonus. Please let me know if you need any further clarification.

    The rules in Lightning Roulette are slightly different from classic Roulette, to be more specific for "straight up" bets, the payout table ranges from 29:1 to 500:1 depending if the number chosen is struck by lightning or not. In classic Roulette you are right in saying that the payout 35:1 however that does not apply here. Please see information board below:

    There was indeed an issue with the site that manifested in the way described by you a couple of days ago, however double checking now I see that no fresh reports came in (phew :) ) and everything seems to be back to normal. Are you guys still experiencing this issue? I'll mark this report as "Solved" in the meantime but please get back to me if you're still having trouble with it.
